4. Tipps zur Entlüftung

Sollte sich Luft im System befinden, kann dies
die Kühlleistung negativ beeinflussen. Daher
ist es nach einer Neuinstallation oder bei einer
Veränderung des Kreislaufes ratsam das
System ordentlich zu entlüften. Dabei sollte
man beachten, dass sich die Luft für
gewöhnlich
an
der
Kreislauf sammelt. Meist handelt es sich dabei
um einen im Deckel installierten Radiator.
Die Entlüftung kann mit einem geschlossenem
Kreislauf
(Reservoir
durchgeführt werden. Dazu kippt man das
Gehäuse bei laufender Pumpe achtsam in
sämtliche
Richtungen,
Kreislauf befindliche Luft, meist hörbar, zum
Ausgleichsbehälter wandert. Hierbei sollte
vorher
sichergestellt
Hardware einwandfrei installiert wurde, da es
sonst unter Umständen zu Beschädigungen
durch sich lösende Teile kommen kann. Sehr
nützlich erweist sich auch das regelmäßige
Ein- und Ausschalten der Pumpe um den
Entlüftungsvorgang zu beschleunigen.
Wurde sämtliche Luft erfolgreich aus Kühlern
und Radiatoren gesammelt, dann sollte durch
ein kurzes Öffnen des Fillports am AGB ein
Druckausgleich erfolgen. Im Anschluss sollte

4. Ventilation tips
Air in the system can have a negative effect on
the cooling power. This is why it makes sense
to air the system after a new installation or
changing the circuit. Please note that air
always tends to accumulate in the highest
spot. This is often the radiator. But the air also
behaves identical in the radiator itself. There
are different methods for successful airing. The
ideal case is if the compensation container
(CC) is located in the highest spot. When airing
with a closed circuit (CC closed), you can also
put the system on its head and/or swing it
back and forth accordingly so that the air
travels to the CC. Here please note that other
hardware may not be able to handle such a
treatment and may become damaged. We will
not assume any liability for possible damage. In
