• Carefully remove all packaging materials and retain for future use.

Preparation
• Clean the product with warm water before first use.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Let the product cool completely before cleaning.
• The product can be cleaned with a brass brush and then washed in soapy water. Do not use a scraper.
• The product must be kept in a dry place and cleaned at regular intervals.
• Use sand to extinguish charcoal when cooking is finished.
NOTE – Do not extinguish the product with water when the surface is hot.
