Intended Use
The sound module serves for generating sounds in the hobby and model construc-
tion sector.
The module may only be operated with batteries.
Use is only permitted in closed rooms, meaning not out in the open. The contact with
moisture has to be avoided at all costs.
Another use than the one described above leads to damages to the device and is
additionally tied to risks, e.g. short circuit, fire, etc.
The module may not be altered or modified!
The safety notices have to be observed under all circumstances!
Notice!
This module has left our factory in perfect safety condition. In order to maintain this
status and ensure safe operation, the user has to observe the safety notices and
warnings ("Attention!" and "Notice!") contained in this operating manual.
Safety Notices
Damages caused by non-compliance with this operating manual
lead to an expiration of the warranty! We will not assume any lia-
bility for subsequent damages!
We will not assume any liability for damages to items or persons
caused by improper handling or non-compliance with the safety
notices! Any warranty claim will be null and void in such cases.
• For reasons of safety and licensing (CE) it is not allowed to alter respectively mod-
ify the product.
• When working with/on modules, it is prohibited to wear any metal or conductive
jewellery like neck chains, bracelets, rings or similar.
• Do not operate the module in rooms with adverse ambient conditions or with
gasses, vapors or dusts.
• Modules, components or devices may only be put into operation of there are no
live parts protruding out of the casing. The power must be turned off during instal-
lation.
• Do not expose the module to heavy mechanical strain, high temperatures, strong
vibrations or moisture.
• This product does not belong in the hands of children! It is not a toy.
• Do not leave the packaging material lying around. Plastic foils and bags, poly-
styrene parts etc. are dangerous toys in the hands of children.
• In commercial institutions, make sure you observe the accident prevention regu-
lations of the commercial trade organization for electric installations.
• In schools, training facilities, hobby and self-help workshops, qualified personnel
needs to supervise the operation of components.
• Please contact an expert in case you have any doubts about the mode of opera-
tion, the safety or connecting the appliance.
Commissioning and Operation
The module may only be put into operation after it was installed in
a casing without any live parts protruding from it.
In general, make sure the module is suited for the intended appli-
cation prior to installation.
In case of doubt, consult an expert or the manufacturer under all
circumstances!

Inserting the Batteries
Batteries do not belong in the hands of children.
Observe the right polarity when inserting the batteries.
Do not leave batteries lying around. Pets or small children might

swallow them. If swallowed, contact a doctor immediately.
Leaking or damaged batteries may lead to injuries of the skin.
Therefore, use suitable protective gloves when changing them.
Make sure that you do not short-circuit the batteries. Do not throw
into fire. Do not recharge the batteries. Danger of explosion!
• Insert two new 1.5V micro-batteries (AAA) into the battery compartment and
observe the proper polarity. The correct polarity is indicated in the battery com-
partment. We recommend the use of alkaline batteries.
• After the batteries are inserted, the sound module is ready for operation.
Operation
• Press one of the four buttons.
• The stored sound rings out.
• For better operability, we recommend labeling the buttons with the respective
sounds.
Disposal
Dispose of the obsolete module according to the valid legal directives.
Disposal of spent batteries / accumulators
You are required by law to return all spent batteries. Disposing of spent batteries
in the household waste is prohibited!
You thus fulfill the legal requirements and contribute to the protection of our
environment!

marked with the symbols on the side. These symbols indicate
that it is prohibited to dispose of these batteries in the household
waste. The abbreviations for the respective heavy metal are: Cd
= cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. You can return spent bat-

free of charge to the collection points in your community, our out-
