3.4 Montage

Achten Sie auf fachgerechte Montage durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal. Das
!
Gerät muss von der Stromversorgung getrennt und damit Spannungsfrei sein.
So gehen Sie bei der Montage vor:
1. Legen Sie nach dem Auspacken das Gerät mit der Front auf ein Innenteil der
Verpackung. Damit schützen Sie das Gehäuse vor Beschädigung!
2. Lösen Sie die Schrauben des Deckels auf der Rückseite und nehmen den Deckel ab.
3. Sofern Sie den Tragarm-Flansch nicht mitbestellt haben, muss dieser jetzt von Ihnen
montiert werden. Der gehäuseseitige Anschluss ist geeignet für Rittal:
6525.110 Gehäusekupplung CP-L für Tragarmanschluss 120x65mm
6525.210 Gehäusebefestigung einhängbar CP-L für Tragarmanschluss 120x65mm
6525.610 Gehäusebefestigung CP-L für Tragarmanschluss 120x65mm
6527.110 Neigungsadapter 10° CP-L für Tragarmanschluss 120x65mm
6501.130 Gehäusekupplung CP-S für Tragarmanschluss CP-L 120x65mm
4. Montieren Sie jetzt Gerät auf den Tragarm. Führen Sie jetzt die Versorgungsleitungen
in das Gehäuse ein und schließen Sie diese an wie in Kapitel 3.3 beschrieben an.
5. Verschließen Sie nun die Rückseite mit dem Deckel, achten Sie bitte auf korrekten
Sitz der Dichtung, da sonst die gewünschte Schutzklasse nicht erreicht werden kann.

3.4 Mounting
Please ensure for a professional mounting by authorisied personnel.

Furthermore the system must be disconnected from mains so that it
is de-energized.
To mount the device, please follow the steps below:
1. After unpacking first place the unit with the surface on one inlet of the packaging.
In this way you can protect the chassis against damaging!
2. Remove the screws of the cover on the rear side. Remove the cover.
3. If you haven't ordered the mounting arm flanch, you have to mount it now.
The mounting arm connection is suitable for Rittal :
6525.110 coupling CP-L for mounting arm 120x65mm
6525.210 chassis fixation hingeable CP-L for mounting arm 120x65mm
6525.610 chassis fixation CP-L for mounting arm 120x65mm
6527.110 bend adapter 10° CP-L for mounting arm 120x65mm
6501.130 coupling CP-S for mounting arm CP-L 120x65mm
4. Assemble the unit on the mounting arm now. Subsequently insert the connection wires
into the housing and connect them as shown in chapter 3.3.
5. Please close now the rear side with the cover again, please attend to the correct seat of
the sealing, because otherwise the protection class can't be reached.
