7. DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

Supplied units are in conformity with the following Directive (s):
• 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
• 2006/42/EU Machinery Directive
• 2011/65/EU RoHs Directive
• 2014/68/EU Pressure Equipment Directive (PED)
• 2009/125/EC Eco-design Directive
Following Standards were applied:
• IEC60204-1 Safety of machinery - Electrical equipment of machines - Part 1: General requirements.
• EN50581 Technical documentation for the assessment of electrical and electronic equipment
with respect to the restriction of hazardous substances.
• EN 13771-2:2017 Compressor and condensing units for refrigeration – Part 2: Condensing units.
For the application of Bioma condensing units in conditions not covered by IEC60335-2-34 of the compressor
compliance to the applicable final applications (example: IEC60335-2-89) it must be performed by the final appliance
manufacturer. Only qualified staffs are authorized to work on the unit.
Certificates of conformity are available on request.
