1. Only works for DP Alt Mode supported devices, meaning Thunder-
bolt 3 and USB-C 3.1 Gen 2 or up devices. E.g. Thunderbolt 4, USB-C
3.2.

FAQs
1. No signal on display
a. Make sure the USB-C port of your device supports video signal
output (DP Alt Mode).
b. Make sure your laptop is connected to AC power.
c. For some displays that do not automatically detect and switch
input sources, please adjust manually to select the correct HDMI input
source.
d. For displays with multiple HDMI ports, try with another one.
e. Try with another HDMI cable (version 1.4 or above) to rule out
potential HDMI cable problems.
f. Make sure all connections are tight, and then reboot your devices
to see if there is any difference.
g. Try to update firmwares from manufacturer official websites. E.g.
motherboard BIOS, UEFI of the laptop.
2. Screen flickers
a.
Wipe the ports with an insulated cotton pad before connecting
since dust accumulation may lead to poor connection.
b. Lower the resolution and refresh rate.
3. No sound
a. System Preferences →> Sound →> Output. Change the audio
output from your laptop to TV or other devices.
b. Update Realtek Audio Driver for Windows 10 (64-bit) or later Audio
Driver from the manufacturer Official Website.
! 4. Stop working after some time
a. Re-plug and make sure all connections are tight, and then reboot
your devices.
b. Wipe the ports with an insulated cotton pad before connecting
since dust accumulation may lead to poor connection.
c. If above steps do not work for you, please contact support@war-

5. Does not support 4K@30Hz
The supported resolutions and refresh rates depend on the specifica-
tions of the host devices, cables, and connected displays.
For example: Both output & input laptop support 4K@30Hz, while the
HDMI cable version is 1.3 which supports up to 1080p@60Hz. As a
result, the final outcome would only be 1080p@60Hz.
