Pairing
Transmitter
1. Remove the batteries from your Transmitter.
2. Enter the Cloogy
Portal and click on Settings.
®
3. Click on the Devices tab.
4. Next to your Transmitter status click the Pair button.
5. Wait for the message "Pairing new devices is now available"
to appear and that the circle starts to turn green.
6. Insert the batteries into the Transmitter and wait for the
message "Device paired successfully" to appear.
7. If that message does not appear until the circle changes to
blue, press the button located on the front of the Transmitter
until the message appears.
8. When the message "Device paired successfully" appears the
pairing process is complete.
9. The message "Pairing new devices is no longer available. If
the device has not been paired successfully, please repeat the
process" must appear afterwards.
10. Refresh the Cloogy
portal webpage. Your Transmitter status
®
should be green. If it is orange bring the Transmitter closer to
the Hub.
