1. Application
The conductor holder type PV for conductors
of 6-8 mm Ø is used for fixing lightning
down conductors to downpipes of up to
123 mm Ø (or to sectional supports of any
cross-sectional shape up to a clamping size
of 380 mm).
2. Installation
2.1 When fixing the conductor 1, the wire
must be inserted so that the conductor
is laid in the channel at the start of the
retaining strap 2. The retaining strap is
laid around the pipe or sectional support
and fed through the two slots of the
clamping head 3.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
The retaining strap is pulled tight and
the retaining screw 4 is tightened to fix
the conductor and the strap (see fig. 1).
2.2 The 2nd channel of the holder can
be used to hold another conductor if
required.
2.3 The holder can be fixed to the downpipe
in a visible position or offset (clamping
head facing the wall of the building)(see
fig. 2).
2.4 The holders should be fixed at intervals
of approx. 1.2 m.
