The smartwatch supports various activities, which can be called up via
the menu or directly by pressing the lower side button.
Note: Outdoor sports activities record your route via GPS.
For optimal GPS performance wear the smartwatch on your wrist
with the display facing up.

Note: You should wear your smartwatch on your non-dominant
hand to achieve the best results for activity tracking.

Pulse measurement

Pulse measurement can be started by swiping from right to left or via
the menu.
Note: You can activate all-day pulse measurement in the app.
Please note: Wear the strap approx. 2 cm above your wrist bone
and make sure that it fits snugly against your skin. The measu-
rement quality can be influenced, among other things, by the
following factors:
• Low blood flow
• Tattoos
• Jerky movements
• The use of creams
• Dirty sensors
Note: With the optoelectrical pulse measurement (photoplethys-
mography), whereby your blood flow is recorded via green LEDs
