MONTAGGIO CATENACCIO RAPIDOM

AVVERTENZA: Si consiglia l'utilizzo di
lubrificante per il montaggio delle viti
autofilettanti e autoperforanti.
1) Assemblare il catenaccio unendo il gruppo
pista corsoio "1" con il puntale "3",
precedentemente inserito nella propria guida "4",
tramite il piastrino di collegamento "2" (fig.A).
2) Per fissare il catenaccio posizionare la piastra
di fissaggio "6" all'interno del profilo, facendo
attenzione al lato specifico (vedi fig.B:
Tabella impieghi e relativi disegni di
posizionamento A e B della piastra); fissarla
all'altezza desiderata e serrare il grano "7".
3) Montare il gruppo catenaccio, fissando il
blocchetto della molla "8" con una vite
autofilettante nel foro "N" più vicino al grano
(fig.A). Fissare poi la guida puntale "4" con le
rimanenti viti autofilettanti.
4) Prima di fissare il catenaccio INFERIORE alla
piastra, assicurarsi che tra il puntale "3" (con il
catenaccio in posizione di apertura) ed il
riscontro o boccola soglia vi siano sempre come
minimo 4mm di spazio (fig.C).
5) Prima di fissare il catenaccio SUPERIORE,
assicurarsi che tra il puntale "3" (con il catenaccio
in posizione di apertura) ed il traverso vi sia
sempre circa 1mm di spazio (fig.D).
6) Montare il gruppo catenaccio con le stesse
modalità del punto 4.
7) E' possibile ottenere il prolungamento del
catenaccio utilizzando al posto del piastrino di
collegamento "2", tra il puntale "3" e il gruppo
pista–corsoio "1", le astine "10" aventi
dimensione esterna 18mm (oppure GACS) e
lunghezza desiderata (fig.E). Per poter fissare il
corpo catenaccio e la guida puntale sarà
necessario spezzare la piastra in
corrispondenza dell'incisione, ottenendo così
due pezzi "6" e "11". Il più lungo (6) servirà per il
corpo catenaccio mentre il corto (11) per la guida
puntale. Il gruppo catenaccio dovrà essere
fissato nel foro "P" più vicino al grano (fig.E).
Montare il gruppo catenaccio, fissando il
blocchetto della molla "8" con una vite
autofilettante nel foro "P" più vicino al grano
(fig.E). Attenzione assicurarsi che con il corpo
catenaccio in posizione di apertura il puntale "3"
sporga almeno 1,5mm dalla guida "4" (fig.F).
8) Terminare il montaggio fissando il corpo in
nylon "9" con la vite autoperforante "5".
MONTAGGIO INCONTRO SUPERIORE

Posizionare l'incontro "12" sul traverso superiore
del telaio come in fig.G e inserire le viti
autoperforanti "13".
FITTING THE RAPIDOM BOLT
ART. 02185
WARNING: Use lubricant to fit the self–tapping
screws.
1) Fit the bolt by joining the slider–track unit "1"
with the bolt tip "3", which has been previously
inserted in its guide "4", using the connection
plate "2" (fig. A).
2) To secure the bolt, position the securing plate
"6" inside the profile. Make sure it is on the right
side (see fig. B: Use table and relative
drawings for the A and B plate positions);
secure it at the height required and tighten the set
screw "7".
3) Fit the bolt unit, securing the spring block "8"
with a self–tapping screw in the hole "N" nearest
the set screw (fig. A). Then secure the bolt tip
guide "4" using the remaining self–tapping
screws.
4) Before securing the LOWER bolt to the plate,
make sure that there is always a minimum space
of 4 mm between the bolt tip "3" (with the bolt in
the opening position) and the threshold bush or
striker plate (fig. C).
5) Before securing the UPPER bolt to the plate,
make sure that there is always a space of
approximately 1 mm between the bolt tip "3" (with
the bolt in the opening position) and the
crossbeam (fig. D).
6) Fit the bolt unit as described in point 4 above.
7) You can extend the bolt by using, instead of the
connection plate "2", between the bolt tip "3" and
the slider–track unit "1", the rods "10" with an
external dimension of 18 mm (or standard groove
central gasket) and the length required (fig. E). To
secure the bolt body and the bolt tip guide, break
the plate as marked to obtain two parts ("6" and
"11"). The longer part (6) is used for the bolt body
while the shorter part (11) is used for the bolt tip
guide. The bolt unit must be secured in the hole
"P" nearest the set screw (fig. E). Fit the bolt unit,
securing the spring block "8" with a self–tapping
screw in the hole "P" nearest the set screw (fig.
E). Warning: make sure that, with the bolt body
in the opening position, the bolt tip "3" protrudes
from the guide "4" by at least 1.5 mm (fig. F).
8) Terminate the fitting operations by securing
the nylon body "9" with the self–tapping screw
"5".
FITTING THE UPPER KEEP

Position the keep "12" on the upper frame
crossbeam as indicated in fig. G and insert the
self–tapping screws "13".

MISE EN GARDE : Il est recommandé d'utiliser
du lubrifiant pour monter les vis autotaraudeuses
et autoperceuses.
1) Monter le verrou en utilisant la plaque de
jonction "2" (fig. A) pour assembler le groupe de
guidage du rail "1" au pêne "3" (précédemment
inséré dans son guide "4").
2) Pour fixer le verrou, positionner la plaque de
fixation "6" à l'intérieur du profilé en faisant
attention au côté spécifique (voir fig. B :
tableau indiquant le type de positionnement
de la plaque avec les dessins
correspondants A et B) ; fixer la plaque à la
hauteur souhaitée puis serrer la vis sans tête "7".
3) Monter le groupe verrou en fixant le bloc du
ressort "8" à l'aide d'une vis autotaraudeuse
dans le trou "N" le plus proche de la vis sans tête
(fig. A). Fixer ensuite le guide du pêne "4" à l'aide
des vis autotaraudeuses restantes.
4) Avant de fixer le verrou INFERIEUR à la
plaque, s'assurer qu'il y a toujours au moins 4
mm d'espace (fig. C) entre le pêne "3" (quand le
verrou est en position ouverte) et le conduit ou la
douille de seuil.
5) Avant de fixer le verrou SUPERIEUR,
s'assurer qu'il y a toujours au moins 1 mm
environ d'espace (fig. D) entre le pêne "3" (quand
le verrou est en position ouverte) et la traverse.
6) Monter le groupe verrou en suivant les
indications du point 4.
7) Il est possible de rallonger le verrou en
utilisant – au lieu de la plaque de jonction "2"
entre le pêne "3" et le groupe de guidage rail "1"
les tringles "10" ayant une dimension externe
de 18 mm (ou à joint central chambre standard)
et la longueur souhaitée (fig. E). Pour pouvoir
fixer le corps du verrou et le guide du pêne, il est
nécessaire de rompre la plaque au niveau de
l'entaille afin d'obtenir deux morceaux "6" et
"11". Le morceau le plus long (6) sert pour le
corps de verrou tandis que le plus court (11)
sert pour le guide du pêne. Le groupe verrou
doit être fixé dans le trou "P" le plus proche de
la vis sans tête (fig. E). Monter le groupe verrou
en fixant le bloc du ressort "8" à l'aide d'une vis
autotaraudeuse dans le trou "P" le plus proche
de la vis sans tête (fig. E). Attention, quand le
corps du verrou est en position ouverte,
s'assurer que le pêne "3" dépasse d'au moins
1,5 mm du guide "4" (fig. F).
8) Terminer le montage en fixant le corps de
nylon "9" à l'aide de la vis autotaraudeuse "5".
MONTAGE DE LA GACHE SUPERIEURE

Positionner la gâche "12" sur la traverse
supérieure du châssis (voir fig. G) et appliquer les
vis autoperceuses "13".
MONTAJE PESTILLO RAPIDOM

ADVERTENCIA: Se recomienda el uso de
lubricante para el montaje de los tornillos
autorroscantes y autoperforantes.
1) Ensamblar el pestillo uniendo el grupo carril
cursor "1" con la contera "3", anteriormente
introducida en su guía "4", por medio de la placa
de conexión "2" (fig.A).
2) Para sujetar el pestillo colocar la placa de
fijación "6" dentro del perfil, prestando atención
al lado específico (ver fig.B: Tabla de usos y
dibujos de posicionamiento A y B de la placa);
fijarla a la altura deseada y apretar el prisionero "7".
3) Montar el grupo pestillo, sujetando el bloque
del resorte "8" con un tornillo autorroscante en el
taladrado "N" más cerca del prisionero (fig.A).
Fijar la guía contera "4" con los demás tornillos
autorroscantes.
4) Antes de fijar el pestillo INFERIOR a la placa,
asegurarse de que entre la contera "3" (con el
pestillo en la posición de apertura) y la platina de
contacto o buje umbral haya siempre como
mínimo 4 mm de distancia (fig.C).
5) Antes de fijar el pestillo SUPERIOR,
asegurarse de que entre la contera "3" (con el
pestillo en la posición de apertura) y el travesaño
haya siempre como mínimo 1 mm de distancia
(fig.D).
6) Montar el grupo pestillo siguiendo el mismo
procedimiento del punto 4.
7) Es posible obtener la prolongación del pestillo
utilizando en lugar de la placa de conexión "2",
entre la contera "3" y el grupo carril cursor "1", las
varillas "10" cuya dimensión externa es de 18
mm (o bien Junta Abierta Cámara Estándar) y
longitud deseada (fig.E). Para fijar el cuerpo
pestillo y la guía contera es necesario romper la
placa en coincidencia con el precorte, para
obtener dos piezas "6" y "11". La más larga (6)
servirá para el cuerpo pestillo y la corta (11) para
la guía contera. El grupo pestillo deberá fijarse
en el taladrado "P" más cerca del prisionero
(fig.E). 3) Montar el grupo pestillo, sujetando el
bloque del resorte "8" con un tornillo
autorroscante en el taladrado "P" más cerca del
prisionero (fig.E). Cabe asegurarse de que con
el cuerpo pestillo en posición de apertura, la
contera "3" sobresalga al menos 1,5 mm de la
guía "4" (fig.F).
8) Terminar el montaje fijando el cuerpo de nylon
"9" con el tornillo autoperforante "5"
MONTAJE PLATINA
DE CONTACTO SUPERIOR

Colocar la platina de contacto "12" en el
travesaño superior del bastidor como en la fig.G
e introducir los tornillo autoperforantes "13".

MONTAGE DES RIEGELS RAPIDOM

HINWEIS: Bei der Montage der Schneid– und
Schlagschrauben empfehlen wir die
Verwendung von Schmiermittel.1) Den Riegel
zusammenbauen; dazu die Gleitschieneneinheit
"1" mit dem zuvor in die Führung "4"
eingeschobenen Schließbolzen "3" mit Hilfe der
Verbindungsplatte "2" verbinden (Abb. A).
2) Zur Befestigung des Riegels die
Befestigungsplatte "6" im Profil anordnen; auf
die richtige Seite achten (siehe Abb. B:
Anwendungstabelle und entsprechende
Anordnungszeichnungen A und B der
Platte); auf der gewünschten Höhe befestigen
und den Gewindestift "7" anziehen.
3) Die Riegeleinheit montieren; dazu den
Federblock "8" mit einer Schneidschraube in der
dem Gewindestift am nächsten liegenden
Bohrung "N" befestigen (Abb. A). Dann die
Schließbolzenführung "4" mit den restlichen
Schneidschrauben befestigen.
4) Bevor der UNTERE Riegel an der Platte
befestigt wird, sicherstellen, dass zwischen dem
Schließbolzen "3" (bei Riegel in offener Stellung)
und der Aufnahmeplatte oder Schwellenbuchse
stets mindestens 4 mm Freiraum bleiben (Abb. C).
5) Bevor der OBERE Riegel befestigt wird,
sicherstellen, dass zwischen dem Schließbolzen
"3" (bei Riegel in offener Stellung) und dem
Querteil stets mindestens 1mm Freiraum
bleiben (Abb. D).
6) Die Riegeleinheit wie unter Punkt 4
beschrieben montieren.
7) Zur Verlängerung des Riegels werden anstelle
der Verbindungsplatte "2" zwischen Schließbolzen
"3" und Gleitschieneneinheit "1" die Stangen "10"
mit Außenmaß 18 mm (oder GACS) und der
gewünschten Länge verwendet (Abb. E). Um das
Riegelgehäuse und die Schließbolzenführung
befestigen zu können, muss die Platte an der
Prägung getrennt werden, wodurch sich zwei Teile
"6" und "11" ergeben. Das längere Teil (6) dient für
das Riegelgehäuse, das kürzere (11) für die
Schließbolzenführung. Die Riegeleinheit ist in der
Bohrung "P" zu befestigen, die dem Gewindestift
am nächsten liegt (Abb. E). Die Riegeleinheit
montieren; dazu den Federblock "8" mit einer
Schneidschraube in der dem Gewindestift am
nächsten liegenden Bohrung "P" befestigen (Abb.
E). Mit dem Riegelgehäuse in Öffnungsstellung
sicherstellen, dass der Schließbolzen "3"
mindestens 1,5 mm von der Führung "4" vorsteht
(Abb. F).
8) Zum Abschluss der Montage das
Nylongehäuse "9" mit der Schlagschraube "5"
befestigen.

DES OBEREN SCHLIESSBLECHS

Das Schließblech "12" wie in Abb. G gezeigt auf
dem oberen Querteil des Rahmens anordnen
und die Schlagschrauben "13" einsetzen.
