FUNKTIONSABLAUF
Beschreibung
Stopper in Grundstellung.
Der Werkstückträger
1
(WT) fährt auf den
Stopper zu.
Der WT trifft auf den
Anschlag und wird sanft
gestoppt.
Die Luft im

Dämpfungszylinder wird
dabei komprimiert und
entweicht durch den
Öffnungsspalt der
Einstellschraube.
Der WT befindet sich im
Stillstand.

Die Dämpfungsendlage
ist erreicht.
Der Stopper senkt ab und
gibt den / die
Werkstückträger zum
Weitertransport frei.
Wenn der Stopper die

abgesenkte Position
erreicht hat, dann wird
der Anschlag-
Dämpfungskolben
automatisch ausgefahren.
Wenn der WT den
Vereinzeler so weit
überfahren hat, dass der
WT-Anschlagsteg hinter
dem Anschlag vom
Vereinzeler ist, dann kann

der Vereinzeler wieder
nach oben in Sperr-
stellung fahren.
Wenn der Stopper oben
ist, dann ist er in
Grundstellung (Schritt 1)

Description
Stop module in its basic
position.
1
The Workpiece carrier
(WT) moves towards the
stop module
The WT hits the stop and
is gently stopped. The air
in the damping cylinder is

compressed and escapes
through the opening gap
of the throttle screw.
The WT is at a standstill.
The damping end

position has been
reached.
The stop module lowers
and releases the
workpiece carrier.
When the stop module

has reached the lowered
position, then the stop-
damping-piston is
automatically extended.
When the stop of the
workpiece carrier is
behind the stop plate of
the stop module, then
the separator can raise

upwards again into
blocking position. When
the stop module is fully
raised, then it is in the
basic position (step 1)
