Once the chain is in the proper
position, check to see that it moves
freely and that it is not obstructed.
Press the pedal:
Put the chain through the hole
which is in the other side of the
pedal:
Pump the lever a few times to raise
the forks.
Put the up/down lever to its
NEUTRAL position:
To adjust the height of the forks, use
a 14mm wrench and a flat screwdri-
ver to screw/unscrew this nut:
IMPORTANT!
FINAL CHECK
Test all the features of the pallet
truck before this step.
The handle should be pumped with
full strokes to prime and eliminate
air in the system.
The up/down lever should be chec-
ked at the handle's lowest position
for this puts the most tension on
the chain.
Once the pallet truck is adjusted
properly and is performing well,
drive in the second spring pin using
a hammer.

OPERATION

• To raise the forks, place handle lever in UP position.
• To lower the forks, pull lever to DOWN position.
• To freely move the handle, set the lever in NEUTRAL
position.
To lift a load
1. Lower forks to lowest position.
2. Insert forks under load or into pallet.
3. Place lever in UP position.
4. Move the handle up and down until forks reach desired
high.
To move a load
1. Place lever in NEUTRAL position.
2. Pull or push to the desired position.
To lower a load
1. Place lever in DOWN position.
2. Pull forks away from load.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning relief valve
1. To clean relief valve, flush hydraulic system as follows:
2. Pump handle quickly, raising pallet truck to full extent.
3. Then, quickly release pumping action.
Changing the oil

Remove the screw
connecting the oil deposit
to the chassis by turning
it counterclockwise with a
suitable wrench.
Lift the chassis to separate it
from the oil deposit.
NOTE! You must perform this
step together with another
operator, who must bring
the lever down while you put
back the chassis on the floor.
