Operating Instructions DV-5120
Functionality
Due to the universal design of the valve, dripping of the dosing material prevented.
Both 1-component products and 2K products can be dosed. The valve is closed by
spring force.
The material hose is squeezed by a plastic wedge. Compressed air is applied to inlet
(9) which moves the piston (2). With the adjusting screw (5) the opening gap can be
adjusted.
A minimum pressure of 4 bar (60PSI) is required.
Einlegen (wechseln) des Schlauches:
1. unscrew the sealing cap (4)
2. thread the hose into the valve with the male end first
3. bend the hose until it fits past the two metal pins.
4. press the hose firmly until the thicker ends of the hose snap into the recesses.
5. Replace the spring and screw on the cap.
