Only use grease guns as directed. Improper use can cause severe injuries. Never use excessive force on the lever, or lengthen it with other components. Never point high pressure parts at
people or animals. During use wear industrial gloves and safety glasses. Pressures of around 800 bar are possible! Be aware of the stated burst pressures of our hoses! Ø 13mm high
pressure armoured rubber hose, burst pressure = 1650 bar. Treat hoses with care and never allow them to kink. Do not let the bend radius go below 5 cm. Before use check hoses for
damage, leaks and loose connection. Always replace damaged hoses or hoses more than 3 years old. Only use genuine accessories, no other hoses must be used! Only use suitable tools
when fitting hoses. Grease up to NLGI 2, DIN 51818

1. Filling the grease gun using a grease gun filling device
Place the filling nipple on the filling nozzle and press the nipple
against the nozzle. Then, use the hand lever of the filling device
until the piston rod of the lever press sticks out entirely or you can
feel resistance. Detach gun from filling device. Release the piston
rod by pressing on the clamping lever and insert rod completely.
In case of trapped air, remove air via the filling or ventilation nipple.
2. Filling the grease gun using a grease cartridge
Unscrew grease gun head, pull out piston rod as far as possible,
insert the cartridge open on both sides into the grease gun tube.
Screw grease gun head on again, release piston rod by pressing
on the clamp lever and insert it completely. In case of trapped air,
remove air via the filling or ventilation nipple.
3. Filling the grease gun using a grease spatula
Unscrew the grease gun head. Pull out the piston rod and fill in the
grease alternatingly from both sides without causing bubbles until
the gun is filled. Screw gun head on again, release the piston rod
by pressing on the clamping lever and insert rod completely.
In case of trapped air, remove air via the filling or ventilation nipple.
4. Filling by suction from a grease bucket
Unscrew the grease gun head. Put grease gun tube into grease
up to the first knurling and suck grease into the grease gun tube
by slowly pulling out the piston rod until gun is filled. Screw gun
head back on, release piston rod by pressing on the clamping lever
and insert rod completely. In case of trapped air remove air via the
filling or ventilation nipple.
