b) Webcam settings
• For advanced webcam settings, we recommended installing Potplayer software.
• Download (https://potoplayer.en.softonic.com/) and install Potplayer.
• Open Potplayer and go to the main drop-down menu. Click Open and select Device
Settings. In the Webcam tab, check that the Video capture device is set to the UVC
Camera and that the Audio capture device is set to WASAPI – Capture Input Terminal
(USB Audio Device).
• Click Open device for more advanced webcam settings and options.
c) Troubleshooting
Why can I not see webcam coverage when it is connected to the computer?
• Check that the webcam power indicator lights up red. If it does not light up red, try a different
USB cable.
Why does the webcam coverage look different from how I set it up?
• Make sure that the UVC Camera webcam is selected if more than one webcam is connected
to the computer.
Why is audio not captured by the webcam's microphone?
• Make sure that the WASAPI-Capture Input Terminal is selected if more than one microphone
is connected to the computer.
Why is the resolution of the webcam shown as 1280 x 720p instead of 1920 x 1080p?
• Some software does not support 1920 x 1080p webcams and automatically selects the best
resolution supported.

Care and cleaning

• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
• Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
