c) Persons and product

• This product is designed for private use only.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
• Do not immerse the fan in water. Risk of electric shock, especially when using a
power adapter!
• The device must not be used in the vicinity of a bathtub or shower or a washbasin
filled with water.
• If water gets inside the device, ask a technician to inspect it before turning it
back on.
• Only use the product in temperate climates. It is not suitable for use in tropical
climates.
• Do not expose the device to direct sunlight. In addition, do not use the device next
to appliances that produce heat such as ovens or stoves.
• Do not use the product if it is damaged. To prevent hazards, defective parts must
only be replaced by the manufacturer, customer service or a similarly qualified
person.
• Never open the appliance.
• Do not use the fan near an open window, as this may result in a short circuit if the
fan comes into contact with rainwater.
• The protective grille must not be removed before the fan has been disconnected
from the power supply. Never use the fan without the protective grille.
• When setting up the product, make sure that the cables are not pinched, kinked
or damaged by sharp edges.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them.
