SPECIFIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1. Avoid contacting with moving parts. Keep hands, clothing, as well as spatulas
and other utensils away from the mixer during operation to reduce the risk of
injury to persons and/or damage to the stand mixer.
2 NOTE: SHORT OPERATION TIME: With heavy mixtures, do not operate the
machine for more than six minutes, and then allow it to cool down for a further
ten minutes.
3. Clean the device and other accessories after each use. Refer to the Chapter
CARE AND MAINTENANCE.
4. SAFETY SYSTEM
When the machine is in operation, it will be stopped immediately when you tilt
the Mixer Head up. The motor will not run when mixer head is raised.
To resume working, put down the mixer head, turn the rotary switch back to "0".
You can then carry on mixing by selecting a speed.

BEFORE FIRST USE

1. Carefully take the device and its accessories out of the packaging. Retain
the packaging in case you would like to store the device away or transport it
at a later date. If you choose to dispose of the packaging, then please do so
according to the applicable legal regulations.
2. Check the packaging contents for completeness and damages. Should the
contents in the packaging not be complete or be damaged, do not use the
device. Return it to your retail outlet immediately.
3. Clean the device and all accessories before the first use. Refer to the chapter
CARE AND MAINTENANCE.
ASSEMBLING
Attaching the Mixing Bowl
1. Place one hand on top of the Mixer Head and with other hand downward
rotation the Tilt Button as per the arrow showed to lift the Mixer Head up until
it stops. Release the "Tilt" button. The Mixer Head will lock into the elevated
position. It is now easy to position the mixing bowl.
2. Fit the bowl so that it aligns with the grooves on the Mixer Stand.

Make sure that the mixing bowl is securely locked in place.
Attaching the Splash Guard
After lifting up the Mixer Head, place the Splash Guard under the Mixer Head, with
the rubber connectors, the Splash Guard can be attached to the upper housing
directly.
Inserting Dough Hook/Beater/Whisk
After attaching the Splash Guard, align the chosen attachment so that grooves on
attachment align with the Attachment Shaft located under the Mixer Head. With
some pressure, push the attachment towards the Mixer Head, lifting the Attachment
Shaft spring upwards and twist the attachment in an anti-clockwise direction. Make
sure that the attachment is securely locked in place.
NOTE: It is important that the Dough Hook, Beater or Whisk attachment is securely

locked into place on the Attachment Shaft or your Stand Mixer will not operate
correctly.
