Speaker does not

Possible Cause
» Battery is empty
» Speaker is not paired
» Volume is too low
» Speaker is turned off
» Bluetooth is turned off on the device

» Terminal device does not recognize

» Speaker is too far away from the device
» Bluetooth connection is interfered

Possible Solution
» Charge the speaker
» Double check if the speaker is
paired. If need to, pair again
» Increase the volume
» Turn on the speaker
» Turn Bluetooth

» Move the speaker closer to the
device
» Delete the pairing entry in the
Bluetooth
and repeat the pairing process
» Move the speaker closer to
the device
» Reconnect the speaker and unit
in an area free of obstacles
» Turn on the speaker
