EINBAU- UND BETRIEBSANWEISUNG
Residia-M verfügt über einen M-Bus kompatiblen
Datenausgang. Über die Datenschnittstelle können
Zählerstand und Zählernummer ausgelesen werden.
Die Auflösung des Zählerstandes beträgt 1 Liter mit
Berücksichtigung der Fließrichtung. Der Aufruf erfolgt
über die primäre oder sekundäre Adressierungs-
methode. Beide Adressen sind über M-Bus konforme
Befehle veränderbar.

Montagehinweise
1. Bei Erstmontage vor Ort ist der Blinddeckel des
Residia Apartment-Wasserzählers zu entfernen. Das
Modul kann in die freie Einbaustelle eingesteckt
werden.
2. Beiliegende Klebesicherung anbringen.
3. Anschluss der M-Bus Anlage an das Modulkabel mit
braun = Masse und grün = data
4. Bei Zählerwechsel ist das Modul vom alten Residia
Zählwerk zu entfernen. Nach Montage des Residia
Apartment-Wasserzählers in die Rohrleitung ist
wie bei der Erstmontage (1. bis 2.) beschrieben
fortzufahren.
5. Die Einstellungen von Zählerstand, Zählernummer
und primärer M-Bus Adresse vor Ort erfolgt
über die MiniCom Software (Version >=3.6.0.27).

Entsorgungshinweise
Dieses Produkt enthält eine Lithiumbatterie und
soll zum Schutz unserer Umwelt nach Ablauf der
Verwendungsdauer nicht im Hausmüll entsorgt werden.
Die Entsorgung kann über ein Sensus Service Center
erfolgen. Sollten Sie die Entsorgung dennoch selbst
übernehmen, beachten Sie die örtlichen und nationalen
Bestimmungen zum Umweltschutz.

Batterie 3V Lithium mit mehr als 10 Jahren Lebensdauer.
Mit einer ununterbrochenen Stromversorgung der
M-Bus Zentrale erhöht sich die Lebensdauer auf mehr
als 15 Jahre. Bei Spg.ausfall übernimmt die Batterie
des Moduls die Stromversorgung. Damit gehen keine
gespeicherten Werte verloren und das Modul setzt
die Volumenerfassung autonom fort. Die Anzahl von
Auslesungen ist unbeschränkt.
Kabellänge: 1,5 m und kann bis zu mehreren Kilometern
verlängert werden entsprechend den Vorschriften der
M-Bus Spezifikation.

Residia-M
INSTALLATION AND OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Residia-M provides an M-Bus compatible data interface.
Via this data interface meter index and meter identification
no. can be read. Meter index resolution is 1 litre, which
includes the consideration of flow detection. The read
request can be done via primary or secondary addressing.
Presetting of primary address = 00 and secondary address
= Residia-M fabrication no. Both addresses can be changed
via M-Bus with commands to the M-Bus standard.

Fitting instructions
1. When initially fitting on site the blanking cover of the
Residia apartment water meter must be removed. The
module can now be fitted into the free installation
point.
2. Affix the provided adhesive security label.
3. Connect the M-Bus device with the module's cable
brown = ground and green = data
4. If changing the meter, the module may be removed
from the old Residia register. After fitting the Residia
Apartment Water Meter into the piping, continue as
described for the initial fitting (1. to 2.).
5. The settings for meter index, meter identification
no. and M-Bus primary address will be made via the
software MiniCom (version >= 3.6.0.27). This version
is available on the website www.sensus.com free of
charge.
Disposal instructions
This product contains a lithium battery and to protect the
environment should not be disposed in household rubbish
when its serviceable life is over. Disposal can take place
through a Sensus Service Centre. If however you want to
take care of the disposal yourself, please comply with the
local and national regulations for environmental protection.
