Video noise filter

Intended use
The noise filter can be used between a surveillance camera and a monitor as a noise filter and
also protects against ground loops. As a result image distortions can be reduced (e.g. vertical
rolling, horizontally distorted or noisy images), that occurs due to different ground potentials or
if the video cable has been laid next to other cables.
No separate power supply is required for the product.
It is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture, e.g. in
bathrooms, must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as short circuits, fire and electric shocks. Read the
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make this product available to third parties
only together with its operating instructions.

Connection
• Switch off the devices between which the product will be installed.
• Connect the BNC plug of the product with the DVR or NVR connected to the monitor.
• Connect the BNC socket of the product with the coaxial cable connected to the camera.
• Make sure that the BNC connectors are securely locked.
• Turn all connected devices on.
Fix the cables e.g. with cable fasteners.

Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the connected devices before cleaning.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these could
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in household
waste. Always dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the
environment.
