WARRANTY SERVICE PROTOCOL
For your Gisou Curling Tool to be eligible for service, you must contact NM Beauty
ƒ
Industries B.V. via info@gisou.com with your order number and a copy of your 'proof
of purchase' (receipt). The order number can be found on the 'proof of purchase'
(receipt) that is required as per this warranty to be kept.
Defects that occur within the warranty period of 12 months after purchase and are
ƒ
reported to NM Beauty Industries B.V in writing within three weeks of their occurrence,
will be corrected by us free of charge granted that this 'Gisou User Manual' and your
'proof of purchase' (receipt) are presented, and the defect to the Gisou Curling Tool
is not caused by excessive use, improper handling and maintenance, non-compliance
with operating instructions, and normal wear and tear of expendable components
(e.g. drive components).
Repairs must be made in the factory in which the Gisou Curling Tool was originally
ƒ
produced.
Parts exchanged within the scope of warranty repair work become the property of
ƒ
NM Beauty Industries B.V.
The warranty period will not be extended by the effecting of any warranty
ƒ
performances.
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
ƒ
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
Any implied warranties relating to the Gisou Curling Tool, such as warranty of
ƒ
merchantability or warranty of fitness, are restricted to the warranty period. This
limitation is not permitted in some states in the USA, in which case it is not applicable
to residents therein.
Your remedy for breach of this warranty is limited to the 'Warranty Service Protocol'
ƒ
outlined above. NM Beauty Industries B.V. will not be liable for any consequential
damages or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase and
use of the Gisou Curling Tool. This limitation is not permitted in some states in the
USA, in which case it is not applicable to residents therein.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights,

which vary by state.
This limited warranty is not transferable.
