Instruction Manual for DC-drive Vari-focal lenses

The auto-iris vario lenses are designed for 1/3" format cameras. Please use cameras with this
sensor size only to get the best performance. The lenses are CS-Monut lenses and can be
used with CS-Mount cameras only.
The lens is equipped with an auto iris mechanism by galvanometer that can be used with
only cameras containing amplifier. The 4-pin connector plug of the lens is applied to the end
of the cable.
Installation
Remove the protection caps from the camera and from the lens. Attach the lens to the
camera and screw it clockwise onto the camera until it stops. Connect the control cable of
the lens to the lens connector of the camera.
Note:
Do not touch the front or rear glass of the lens elements with your fingers.
