Verwendung:
Flüssigkeitsring-Vakuumpumpe mit Betriebsflüssigkeits-Um-
laufbehälter zur Evakuierung von Entladepumpen auf Tank-
schiffen. Spezialausführung für explosionsgefährdete Räume.
Bauart:
- Vakuumpumpe Typ FVP...S:
Spaltfreie und daher
Vakuumpumpe zum Einschweißen in eine Schottwand. Gas-
dichte Stopfbuchse mit Fettvorlage zwischen Pumpen- und
Motorteil. Die Fettvorlage wird über eine Fettbuchse mit Fe-
dervorspannung aufrechterhalten.
- Betriebsflüssigkeits-Umlaufbehälter Typ UWK:
Betriebsflüssigkeits-Umlaufbehälter mit eingebauter Kühl-
schlange für den Durchfluß von Seewasser als Kühlflüssig-
keit. Niveaugesteuerte Flüssigkeits-Nachspeiseautomatik mit
Flüssigkeitsmangel-Alarm.
Steuerung:
Die Ansteuerung erfolgt über die Niveausteuerung des Strip-
ping-Systems.
Installationshinweise:
Die Vakuumpumpe wird mit ihrem Tragrahmen horizontal in
die vertikale Schottwand eingeschweißt. Der Umlaufbehälter
wird vertikal mit den Füßen oberhalb der Pumpe an die
Schottwand angeschweißt. Die Verbindungsleitung zwischen
Vakuumpumpe und Umlaufbehälter gehört nicht zu unserem
Lieferumfang.
Betriebsflüssigkeit:
Die Flüssigkeitsring-Vakuumpumpe benötigt während des
Betriebes geeignete Flüssigkeit wie z.B. Wasser. Die Betriebs-
flüssigkeit darf nicht zum Schäumen neigen und die Bauteile
der Pumpe nicht angreifen. Die Versorgung erfolgt aus dem
separaten Betriebsflüssigkeits-Umlaufbehälter. Dieser ist vor
dem ersten Start mit Flüssigkeit zu füllen.

Type FVP-S
Application:
Liquid ring vacuum pump with service liquid circulating tank for
evacuation of unloading pumps on tankers. Special design for
installation in explosive area.
Design:
- Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump type FVP...S:
Gap free and therefore largely intensitive liquid ring vacuum
pump for welding. Gas-tight grease filled stuffing box be-
tween pump- and motor part. Grease supplied by a spring
loaded grease gun.
- Service Liquid Circulatng Tank type UWK:
Service liquid circulating tank with integrated cooling coil for
flow of seewater as cooling water. Level controlled service
liquid refill automatic with alarm signal in case of leak of liq-
uid.
Control:
The control of the vacuum pump will be effected by the level
control of the stripping system.
Installation instructions:
The vacuum pump with its support frame must be welded
horizontal in the vertical bulkhead. The circulating tank must
be welded vertically at the bulkhead with its feed higher than
the casing of the vacuum pump. The connecting pipe between
vacuum pump and circulating tank is not part of our scope of
supply.
Service liquid:
The liquid ring vacuum pumps require suitable liquid such as
water during operation. The operating liquid must not tend to
bubbles and must not attack the components of the pump.
Supply is effected from the separate service liquid circulation
tank to be filled up before switching on the vacuum.
