Introduction
The MIC CM-77 is a condenser microphone with extra thin 18 mm aluminum diaphragm
(3/4"). Designed for professional studio recordings and live use, the microphone is
suitable for the pick-up of vocals, wind instruments, overheads and strings as well as
electric and acoustic instruments. The MIC CM-77 combines a high-quality electronic
circuit with a pure aluminum diaphragm capsule to provide a perfectly neutral and brilliant
sound and an amazing frequency response. It has a perfect cardioid pick-up pattern, high
sensitivity and low self-noise and very wide dynamic range. Delivery includes a
shockmount and a windscreen.
Use
Screw the holder on your microphone stand and insert the microphone from above. In
case of stands with 9 mm (3/4") thread fix the clamp via the supplied adapter screw.
Connect the microphone via a balanced microphone cable with 3-pin XLR plug to the
XLR microphone input equipped with +48 V phantom power of your audio unit (e.g.
mixing console). For voice recordings, use the windshield to protect the capsule from
moisture.
Notes
For cleaning only use a dry cloth.
