Getting started

Important: please make sure you've read the safety information on page
15 before you set up your device.
Positioning of the transmitter
Place the transmitter unit so that the IR Trans-
mitter LED approximately faces the
center of your listening area. Make sure, that
there are no obstacles between the transmitter
and the receiver, which would interfere with
the transmission. Transmission range is appro-
ximately 7 meters.
Note: Direct sunlight or very bright interior
lights can interfere with the transmission.
Check in these cases another location or take
appropriate measures to shadowing.
