7. TROUBLESHOOTING
7.1 I cannot find the smart WiFi camera in the WiFi list
on my mobile device
1. Ensure that the Smart WiFi Camera is connected to a
power outlet.
2. Ensure that the WiFi indicator is flashing blue. If
not, please press and hold the WiFi button for a few
seconds until the WiFi indicator blinks.
3. Or press the WiFi indicator off/on and hold the button
or a few seconds until the WiFi indicator is flashing
blue.
4. Click [Scan] on your mobile device to search for new
devices.
7.2 The Smart WiFi Camera is not recording
1. Ensure you put a Micro SD card in the Smart WiFi
Camera.
2. Check [Settings] in "Doby". If the Micro SD card shows
"no card", please follow step 1. If it shows "normal
use", you are ready to record.
