Your new balcony & terrace raised bed from VIDEX is quick and easy to assemble. Following assembly,
it only needs to be fi lled with earth. Water regularly after planting with seeds or seedlings. Now you can

PARTS REQUIRED: 1, 3, 4 & 10

Screw the 4 feet onto the upper base frame.
Attach a foot with one screw onto each of the 4 corners of
the base frame so that the foot is fl ush with the base frame.
The upper section of the base frame must remain exposed.
For optical reasons, make sure that the fl at-head screw is on
the outer side of the base frame, and that the hexagonal nut
points inwards.
PARTS REQUIRED: 10, 11, 12 & 13
To add stability to the raised bed, attach 2 straight cross
struts to each 90° angle between the feet and the upper
base frame.

The straight cross struts should be attached to the short
side of the raised bed. The ornamental cross struts should
be attached to the long side.

Initially, do not fully tighten the 12 screws.
Now check that the raised bed is standing level and use the
spanner to tighten all of the screw nuts.

PARTS REQUIRED: 6, 7 & 8
Place the 4 side frames onto the upper base frame and attach
at the corners using the side frame connecting pins.

Place the black planter bag into the bed.
The polyester planter bag is water and air permeable
and helps maintain the soil.

PARTS REQUIRED: 1 & 10
Place the frame on its side and screw the 4 feet onto the
lower base frame. Here too, the base frame must remain
exposed on its upper side.
Initially, do not screw the 4 feet in too tightly.
Now stand the raised bed onto its feet and use the spanner
to tighten all of the screw nuts.
The feet have an attachment hole for each of the cross struts.
It is important to note that the straight cross struts should
run behind the ornamental struts.
PART REQUIRED: 2
Lay the mesh grille onto the upper base frame.
PART REQUIRED: 9
Lay the base foil into the bed and press it down lightly.
Congratulations on your new balcony and terrace
raised bed!
Now you can begin to fi ll it.
