Please read this manual carefully before use and keep it for future reference to ensure the
safety of your child. Failure to follow the instructions in this manual may result in serious
injury to your child.
•
The child seat can only be used with its own 5-point belt system for children under a body
weight of 18 kg (Group 0+ and Group 1).
•
The child seat cannot be used with the 5-point belt system for children weighing 18 kg or
more (Group 2 / 3).
•
The child seat can be installed with the Isofix fastening facing backwards and forwards.
Important – Do not install in a forward direction until the child's weight exceeds 9 kg.
•
For Isofix installation: Be sure to read the car manufacturer's manual.
•
Do not use bearing contact points other than those described in the instructions and marked
in the child restraint system.
•
Do not use this child seat at home. It is not designed for home use and should only be used
in your car.
•
Never leave your child unattended on the seat at any time.
•
Do not place the rear-facing child seat on the front seat with airbag. This may result in death
or serious injury.
•
The child seat should be replaced if it has been subjected to heavy loads in an accident.
•
For safety reasons, the child seat must be fixed in the vehicle even if your child is not sitting
in the child seat.
•
Always make sure that all belts holding the child seat to the vehicle are tight and that all
belts holding the child back are adapted to the child's body. Also make sure that the belts
are not twisted.
•
Baggage or other items that may cause injury in the event of a collision must be properly
secured.
•
The rigid objects and plastic parts of a child restraint system shall be placed and installed in
such a way that they cannot be trapped by a movable seat or vehicle door in everyday use.
•
It is important that secures the waist strap firmly. To avoid the risk of falling, your child should
always be fastened.
•
It is dangerous to make changes or additions to the device without the consent of the res-
ponsible authority. Ignoring the installation instructions of the child restraint system from the
manufacturer is also dangerous.
•
This child seat has been designed for newborns and children weighing up to 36 kg. Never
overload the child seat by carrying more than one child or additional loads.
•
The child restraint must not be used without the seat cover.
•
The seat cover must not be replaced by another than the one recommended by the manu-
facturer, as the seat cover is an integral part of the restraint performance.
