WARRANTY
WARRANTY TERMS
This device has a 6-month warranty when used commercially. If used for private purposes, the warranty is 2
years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers defects and manufacturer errors. The defective unit must
be returned with its proof of purchase to the original place of purchase. During the warranty period, the device
is exchanged free of charge by EFALOCK. The device must be used only for its intended purposes.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY

- Unable to provide proof of purchase of the device.
-The device has been used under an incorrect voltage.
-The appliance has been taken apart.
-The appliance has been used incorrectly or has been damaged as a result of negligence or accident.
Never wrap the power cord around the unit.
This warranty does not cover the splitting of the power cord.
If the device is used in a bathroom, remove it from the power supply after use, as the proximity to water poses a
risk even if the towel warmer is switched off.
To provide additional protection, it is recommended to install a residual current device (RCD) with an assigned
differential operating current not exceeding 30mA in the electrical circuit supplying the bathroom. Consult your
installer for advice.
