How to use
On Smartphone, Tablet, PS4
Check you have a working sound plug Jack 3.5mm on your device.
Before use, make sure headset volume is set neither to minimum nor maximum.
Connect the headset directly to the 3.5mm Jack plug of your device.
On Computer
Please check you also have working speaker and microphone 3.5mm Jack connectors.
Before use, make sure headset volume is set neither to minimum nor maximum.
Plug the 2x3.5mm headset+microphone Jack adapter to your headset Jack connector.
Plug the "speaker" connector of the adapter to the "speaker" output of your computer.
Plug the "microphone" connector of the adapter to the "microphone" output of your computer.
Adjust headset for your own comfort.
FAQ
If you can not hear any sound:
Make sure you have plugged correctly the headset and check Smartphone or Computer is working
Check volume level on the headset and in the operating system
If you can not use microphone, please check headset is correctly plugged. Please also check microphone settings in your
operating system.
