INTENDED USE
The product is intended to be used as a mobile light source. One high-powered LED is used as the light source.
The USB output socket provides an output of 5 V/DC, max. 500 mA for charging a variety of electronic devices. The
product is powered by an built-in Li-ion battery.
For safety and approval purposes (CE), you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. If you use the product for
purposes other than those described above, the product may be damaged. In addition, improper use can cause
hazards such as short circuiting, fire, electric shock etc. Read the instructions carefully and keep them. Make this
product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety information. If you do
not follow the safety instructions and information on proper handling in this manual, we assume
no liability for any resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.

The device is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. These may become dangerous playing
material for children.
Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high humidity, moisture,
flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, take it out of operation and protect it from any
accidental use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:

is visibly damaged,
-
is no longer working properly,
-
has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
-
has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
Please handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height can damage the
product.
Never look directly or with optical instruments into the light beam.
Do not point the light beam at mirrors or other reflective surfaces.
Never point the light beam directly at people or animals. This could cause damage to eyes or skin.
Point the light beam in such a way that it is directed below eye level.
Please also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which are connected
to the product.

Batteries / Rechargeable batteries
Batteries must be kept out of reach of children. Do not leave the battery lying around, as there is risk,
that children or pets swallow it.
Batteries must not be dismantled, short-circuited or thrown into fire. Never recharge non-rechargeable
batteries. There is a risk of explosion.
c)

Consult an expert when in doubt about operation, safety or connection of the device.
Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an expert or at a qualified
shop.

Operating instructions
ChARGING ThE pRODUCT
1.
Connect the hollow DC socket on the USB cable to the micro USB adaptor.
2.
Connect the micro USB adaptor to the micro USB power inlet on the LED light.
3.
Connect the USB plug to a USB power source of 5 V/DC (e.g. a laptop USB socket, a car plug USB adaptor or
a USB power adaptor).
4.
Charging will start and the LED indicator will show the current battery level in red.

When all three LEDs light up without flashing, the internal Li-ion battery is fully charged. The charging will be
stopped automatically to prevent over-charging.
OpERATION
a)
Torch function
The torch function can not be used when the LED light is charging an electronic device.
Press the ON / OFF button to switch the LED light to the different modes in the below sequence:
Off > Normal light > Bright light > Flashing > S.O.S flashing > Off.
b)
Charging your electronic device
The torch function cannot be used when the LED light is charging a electronic device.
1.
Select the suitable adaptor for your electronic device and connect the adaptor to the hollow DC socket.
2.
Connect the USB plug on the cable to the USB power outlet on the LED light.
3.
Connect the other end of the cable to the electronic device which is to be charged.
4.
Press and hold the ON / OFF button for around two seconds and the "C" LED indicator will light up in green. Your
electronic device is being charged.
If no electronic device is connected when the ON / OFF button is pressed and held, the LED light will exit
charging mode in around 30 seconds. The "C" LED indicator will go off.
5.
When your device is fully charged, the charging will stop automatically. The "C" LED indicator will go off when
you disconnect the device.
The "C" LED indicator will flash if the internal battery level is too low during the charging process. The charging
will be stopped. Charge the internal battery by following the instructions in the chapter CHARGING THE
PRODUCT.
c)
Internal battery level
Whenever the ON / OFF button is pressed, the LED indicator will show the internal battery level.

DISpOSAL
a)
product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste.
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
b)
(Rechargeable) batteries
You as the end user are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used batteries/rechargeable batteries.
Disposing of them in the household waste is prohibited.
Contaminated (rechargeable) batteries are labelled with this symbol to indicate that disposal in the
domestic waste is forbidden. The designations for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg =
Mercury, Pb = Lead (name on (rechargeable) batteries, e.g. below the trash icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your municipality, our stores or
wherever (rechargeable) batteries are sold.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
