Intended use
The product is used for charging and storage of up to 4 Joy-Cons game controllers, which can
be used for Nintendo Switch™ game consoles. The power is supplied via the accompanying
USB-C™ charging cable. A USB charger (not included) is required for charging.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture (e.g.
in bathrooms) must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety and approval purposes, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the
product for purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition,
improper use can cause hazards such as a short circuit, fire or electric shock. Read the
instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Only make this product available to third
parties together with its operating instructions.

Safety instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully and especially observe the safety
information. If you do not follow the safety instructions and information on
proper handling in this manual, we will not assume any liability for any
resulting personal injury or damage to property. Such cases will invalidate the
warranty/guarantee.
a) General information
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. It may become a
dangerous toy for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent
unauthorized use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been subjected to any serious transport-related stresses.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
may damage the product.
• Never use the product immediately after it has been brought from a cold room into
a warm one. The condensation generated could destroy the product. Allow the
product to reach room temperature before connecting it and putting it to use. This
may take several hours.
• Always observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices which
are connected to the product.
• Never leave the product unattended during use.
• The housing warms up during use. Place the product on a heat-resistant surface.
Ensure that there is sufficient ventilation. Do not cover the housing!
• Make sure that the cables are not pinched, kinked or damaged by sharp edges.
• Always lay the cables so that nobody can trip over or become entangled in them.
This poses a risk of injury.
• Disconnect the connected USB charging cable from the power supply when not
in use.
• The manufacturer's instructions of the corresponding controllers/rechargeable
batteries must be observed when charging.
• Misuse (such as incorrect charging voltage, charging current too high, incorrect
polarity, short-circuiting the chargers) of the charger can overload or destroy
rechargeable batteries. In the worst case, the battery can explode and thereby
cause serious damage.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs are to be performed exclusively by an
expert or at a qualified shop.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
Operation
• Place the charging station on a level surface. Non-slip rubber feet are located on the bottom
of the charging station. Please note that rubber feet can leave traces on sensitive surfaces.
• Connect the USB-C™ plug of the supplied USB-C™ charging cable to the USB-C™
connection on the charging station. USB-C™ plugs can, unlike USB 2.0/3.0 plugs, be
inserted in both directions.
• Connect the USB-A plug with a USB charger (not supplied). The LEDs on the charging
station flash briefly.
• Place the Joy-Con controller in the charging station. The charging station holds up to 4
controllers. The controllers can be charged either individually or simultaneously. Depending
on the charge status, charging time is up to 4 hours.
• There are 4 status LEDs (one for each controller slot) in the charging station. During charging,
the corresponding LED is red. Once charging is complete, the LED turns green. Disconnect
the product from the USB power supply. Remove the Joy-Con controller from the charging
station.
Care and cleaning
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply before cleaning it.
• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Do not immerse the product in water.
Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be placed in household waste.
Always dispose of the product according to the relevant statutory regulations.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
