FAQ - Troubleshooting
Toothbrush does not work:
•

Toothbrush is turning off during brushing:
• Playbrush will automatically turn off when the battery level
is low. Place the Playbrush on charge for at least 1 hour or
overnight if possible.

Toothbrush vibrates in unusual motions during brushing:
• A short interruption can indicate the termination of the
brushing session.
• The vibrations will also quickly pause to instruct you to
change sides.
Access to the Playbrush App is locked:
To use the Playbrush App you require a Playbrush Plan. Learn
more on playbrush.com. In case you have already purchased
a Playbrush Plan and can still not login, make sure to register
with the email address you have used for your order.
