2. PREPARATIONS
CONNECTIONS
■ Connecting the DN-F400 and RC-F400S
• Use the RS-232C straight cable supplied with the RC-F400S.
• After connecting, fix the connector by turning the screws on the connector.
• For details on how to connect with the DN-F400, refer to the operating instructions of the
DN-F400.
Cautions:
• Before connection, set the POWER switch to OFF.
• Do not touch the power cord with wet hands.
• When disconnecting the power cord, always make sure that you take hold of the plug.
Yanking out or bending the cord can damage it and/or cause electric shocks or a fire.
