Tina 11A
– Förgreningsblock
Allmän beskrivning
Tina 11A är ett förgreningsblock med två 5-poliga M12-anslutningar. Det används för att ansluta två säkerhetsgivare med
5-polig M12-anslutning till den dynamiska säkerhetsslingan. Detta förenklar kabeldragningen och minskar
kabelkostnaderna. Flera förgreningsblock kan anslutas till en Vital eller Pluto. Tina 11A har också statusindikering genom
lysdiod och en utgångssignal för Σ-information från de anslutna säkerhetsgivarna.
Förgreningsblocket Tina 11A är avsett för användning i säkerhetsslingor i enlighet med EN 60204-1.

Installationsföreskrifter
Börja med att ansluta kabeln eller enheten till M12-kontakten på Tina och placera sedan försiktigt Tina-enheten mot
monteringsytan och anslut enheten med hjälp av en M4-skruv.
Varning! Alla säkerhetsfunktioner måste testas innan systemet startas.

Varning!
Säkerhetsfunktionerna och mekaniken bör testas regelbundet, minst varje år, för att kontrollera att alla
säkerhetsfunktioner fungerar korrekt (EN 62061:2005).
Kontakta närmaste ABB/Jokab Safety serviceställe eller återförsäljare i händelse av funktionsstopp eller produktskada.
Försök inte att reparera produkten eftersom det kan leda till permanent skada, vilket försämrar säkerheten på enheten,
vilket i sin tur kan leda till allvarliga personskador.
Attribut för info-signalen
Enhetens info-signal (stift 5, kontakt 1) är antingen hög (+24 VDC) eller låg (0 VDC) beroende på fyra olika insignaler (stift
2, kontakt 1).
Info-signalen beror på insignalen enligt tabellen nedan. Observera att info-signalen på kontakt 1 alltid är låg (L) om
säkerheten bryts på någon av enheterna som är ansluten till kontakterna 2 eller 3.

Tina 11A
General description
Tina 11A is a connection block with two 5-pole M12 connectors. It is used to connect two safety devices with 5-pole M12
connectors to the dynamic safety circuit. This simplifies wiring and reduces cable costs. Several connection blocks can be
connected to one Vital or Pluto. Tina 11A also has LED status information and Σ-info signal output from the connected
safety devices.
The Tina 11A connection block is intended for use in safety circuits in accordance with EN 60204-1.

Installation precautions
First attach the cable or device to the M12 connector on Tina, then gently hold the Tina unit to the mounting surface and
attach the unit using an M4 bolt.
Warning! All the safety functions must be tested before starting up the system.
Maintenance
Warning!
The safety functions and the mechanics shall be tested regularly, at least once every year to confirm that all the safety
functions are working properly (EN 62061:2005).
In case of breakdown or damage to the product, contact the nearest ABB/Jokab Safety Service Office or reseller. Do not
try to repair the product yourself since it may accidentally cause permanent damage to the product, impairing the safety of
the device which in turn could lead to serious injury to personnel.
Information output signal attributes
The information output of the unit (pin-5, connector 1) is set either high (+24 VDC) or low (0 VDC) depending on four
different input signals (pin-2, connector 1).
The information output signal depends on the input signal according to the table below. Note that if the safety is
interrupted on either of the devices connected to connectors 2 or 3, the information output signal on connector 1 is always
low (L).
