Montageanleitung
▸ Dichtlippe mit den Einziehlaschen ver-
schrauben
▸ Die montierten Bleche mit der Bohrung
Ø 12 mm auf die Stehbolzen des Einzieh-
rutschers setzen (G56)
▸ Montagewagen mit den eingespannten
Dichtlippen in die Schleifleitung einset-
zen Hierbei ist darauf zu achten, dass
beide Dichtlippenprofile korrekt in die
Einziehschächte eingeführt werden (G57)
▸ Die Dichtlippe durch langsames und
gleichmäßiges Ziehen des Montagerut-
schers einbringen Hierzu die Dichtlippen
von einem zweiten Monteur langsam et-
was oberhalb der Dichtlippenschächte
zuführen
Die beiden einzelnen Profile dürfen
H
beim Einziehen nicht verdreht sein
Stark verdrehte Profile vor dem Ein-
zug von Hand richten Beim Einzug
auf einwandfreien Sitz achten Falls
erforderlich, das Profil wieder zu-
rückziehen und erneut einziehen
Bei Anlagenlängen größer als 40 m die
Stoßverbindung von Teillängen mittels
Verbindungslaschen (2-teilig) wie folgt
erstellen:
▸ Enden der zu stoßenden Dichtlippen
sauber und rechtwinkelig abschneiden
▸ Verbinderteil mit den spitzen Laschen von
innen durch die Dichtlippen drücken (evtl
mit einem spitzen Werkzeug vorstechen)
▸ Gegenstück von außen auflegen und die
Laschen umbiegen (G58)
Mounting instructions
▸ Screw the sealing strip to the threading
lugs
▸ Place the mounted metal sheets with the
Ø 12 mm hole onto the stud bolt of the
threading tool (G56)
▸ Place the assembly with the fixed-in seal-
ing strips into the conductor systems
In doing so, please observe that both
sealing strip profiles are correctly guided
into the pull-in shafts (G57)
▸ Insert the sealing strip by slow and even
pulling of the assembly tool For this,
have the sealing strips slowly guided in
slightly above the sealing strip shafts
by a second fitter
The two individual sections must not

be twisted when pulling in Highly

and re-install
For system lengths of more than 40 m, make
the joint connection of partial lengths by
means of connecting lugs (2-part) as fol-
lows:
▸ Neatly off the ends of the sealing strips
to be joined at a right angle
▸ Press the connector part with the pointed
lugs from the inside through the sealing
strips (it may be necessary to pierce with
a pointed tool first)
▸ Fix the mating section from the outside
and bend the lugs around (G58)
