LCD Mode
LCD behaviour on button press
LCD always on
Each button press changes the LCD, as per the diagram
LCD on for 30
The first press enables the LCD and displays the last logged
seconds
temperature. Each subsequent press changes the LCD, as
per the diagram. If the button is not pressed for 30 seconds,
the LCD disables and the logger returns to the beginning of
the display cycle
LCD off
'Log' is displayed, to show that the logger is working. No data
is displayed in this mode
