ATTENTION!
Do not exceed the maximum operating time of 10 minutes.
Allow the food processor to cool down for approx. 20 min-
utes. The appliance may overheat.
 Fit the kneading/mixing attachment as instructed in section "6.1. Fitting the mix-
ing/kneading attachment" on page 70.
You can select from 12 different speed levels.

7.1. Mixing and kneading dough or batter

 Raise the tilting arm to make it easier to fill the bowl. Do not exceed the MAX
mark on the mixing bowl.
ATTENTION!
We recommend using flour and liquid at a mixture ratio of
5:3 so as not to overload the mixer unit.
