ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS AND USE
 The assembly of the pedal kart must be performed by an adult.
 Follow the instructions and accompanying drawings carefully.
 After the execution of each operation, make sure that you have fulfilled the instructions properly and the parts are fixed stably.
I.Attaching the Front Protection Cover – See Figure 1: Hint: The front panel and the steering column are adjustable and have two
positions according to the height of your child. 1. Lift up the front panel with the steering column. 2. Make sure the bent end of the
steering column passes through the hole on the front axle linkage. 3. Place the bar of the front panel in the holder on the go – kart's
body. Align the holes of the lever with the holes of the holder. Insert through them M5x33 machine screw. 4. Attach a nut to the
opposite end of the screw and using a screwdriver and wrench fix the screw.
II.Attach the Rear Wheels – See Figures 2 and 3: 1. Attach a cogwheel to the rear axle. Place the driving wheel to the axle and make it
fits to the cogwheel. 2. Install a Ø10 washer on to the rear axle. 3. Tighten a lock nut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 4. Fix
the hub cap to the wheel. 5. Install a Ø12 washer on to the rear axle. 6. Install the other rear wheel onto the rear axle. 7. Install a Ø10
washer on to the rear axle. 8. Tighten a lock nut to the end of the rear axle with a spanner. 9. Fix the hub cap to the wheel.
III. Attach the Front Wheels & Seat – See Figures 4 and 5: 1. Fix a Ø12 washer on to the front axle. 2.Attach the front wheel to the front
axle. 3. Install a Ø10 washer on to the front axle. 4. Tighten a lock nut to the end of the front axle with a spanner. 5. Fix the hub cap to
the wheel. Repeat steps 1 – 5 to fix and the other front wheel. 6. Fit the seat to the vehicle body. 7. Slide four Ø5x35 screws through
the openings in the seat and the frame of the pedal care and fix them using a screwdriver.
IV.Attach the Steering Wheel – See Figures 6 and 7: 1. With a screwdriver remove the screw on the battery cover located in the center
of the steering wheel. 2. Remove the battery cover. 3. Install 2x1.5 AA batteries (not included in the package) correctly according to the
polarity marked on the bottom of the compartment. 4. Place the battery cover over the battery compartment and fix it with the screw
you removed in step one. 5. Fit the steering wheel to the top of the steering column and press it carefully down to fix it.
V.Usage – See Figures 8 and 9: 1. Brake: press to slow down or stop the vehicle. 2. Sound buttons: press for horn/sound playing. 3.
Pedals: to move the vehicle forward and reverse. 4. Adjusting the chain: Do not attempt repairing the chain by yourself. If there is a
problem with the chain, contact the shop, from which you bought the product. The chain must be correctly tightened. If it is too tight,
the pedal car will be difficult to move. If it is too loose, the chain can come off the sprockets. When the chain is correctly tightened, you
can move the pedal car freely. 5. Adjust the tightness of the chain as follows: Remove the screws on the cover in the middle of the
bottom of the product with a screwdriver. Use a hex wrench to loose the screw. Use a spanner to loose the nut. Then use a spanner to
tight or loose the adjustment nuts.
VI. Important information for the batteries:
1. Always remove the discharged batteries and do not throw them away with the household waste. Use the places designated for that
purpose. They are recyclable.
2. Use only batteries with the size and voltage, marked on the bottom of the battery compartment.
3. Alkaline batteries are recommended.
4. Always remove the batteries, if you will not use the product for a long period of time.
5. When you replace the batteries always replace all of them with new ones. Children should not be present, while replacing the
batteries.
6. Do not mix old batteries with new ones.
7. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon - Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel – Cadmium) batteries.
8. Do not throw the batteries away in fire, because they may blow up or leak.
