CONNECTING THE FORK WITH THE FRAME

A. Loosen the screws ("product components" - No. 3) in the front of the fork so that you
can pass the stem through the bike fork
B. Connect the bike frame to the fork by inserting bike frame barrel ("product
components" - No. 5) into the slot in the fork, then insert the stem through the
upper hole in the fork.
C. Make sure the stem has completely passed through the frame barrel to the bottom
of the fork. The stem should not protrude more than 1 cm beyond the top of the fork.
When all components are well connected, tighten the screws at the front of the fork
D. Place the handlebars on the top of the fork (Fig. D-1). The protruding stem should
go in the center hole in the handlebar. Screws ("product components" - No.. 9)
should be screwed into the two outermost holes (Fig. D-2)
ATTENTION: When tightening the screw, be careful not to twist the thread

The saddle can be adjusted by removing the screws from the height adjustment holes,
selecting a diff erent height, and tightening the screws back in
The saddle has 3 possible heights

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Clean the bike with a soap and water solution with the use of a damp towel with that
said solution.
• Do not use strong detergents to clean the product.
• Before using the bike, make sure all screws are correctly tightened
• Use a silicone-based grease for moving parts. Use it only when its use is absolutely
necessary
