TO REDUCE THE RISK OF FIRE, ELECTRIC SHOCK, OR INJURY TO PERSONS, OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING:
WARNING: Disconnect fan from power before installing the ion generator. Do not connect fan to power until
installation is complete and fan is fully assembled. The ion generator is always powered on when the fan is
connected to power.
WARNING: Make sure the fan is unplugged or disconnected from the power supply before servicing or
cleaning the fan and before removing the guard. To unplug the fan, grasp the plug and remove it from the
electric receptacle. Do not unplug the fan by pulling on the cord.

1. INSTALL FAN
Complete all steps in the
AirEye Quick Installation Guide
until you reach front guard
installation. Install the front
guard and only the top hinge
pin, and then return to these
instructions.
If the front guard is already
installed, remove the side and
bottom hinge pins to access
the inside of the guard.

Ensure the two button head cap screws are positioned between the two rings specifi ed for your fan size. Count the fan rings starting at the center of the guard and move outward. Make sure the brushes on the ion generator are pointing downward.
