Amortyzator bezpieczeństwa został wykonany z odpowiednio pozszywanej taśmy poliestrowej. Podczas
powstrzymywania upadku specjalnie zaprojektowane szwy ulegają stopniowemu rozpruciu spowalniając
prędkość upadku. Amortyzator został trwale połączony z linką bezpieczeństwa. Produkt jest zakończony
dwoma stalowymi łącznikami (karabińczykami). Produkt jest elementem systemu powstrzymywania upad-
ku łączącego szelki bezpieczeństwa z punktem kotwiczącym.
Ostrzeżenie! Produkt powinien być stosowany wyłącznie przez osobę przeszkoloną i posiadającą odpo-

środowisku. Należy zachować szczególną ostrożność podczas stosowania produktu w pobliżu: ruchomych
elementów maszyn, obecności zagrożenia porażenia prądem elektrycznym, ostrych krawędzi lub ścier-
nych powierzchni. Nie dopuścić do kontaktu produktu z iskrami, rozgrzanymi cząstkami, płomieniem lub
innymi źródłami ciepła. Kontakt produktu z ww. wymienionymi może skutkować uszkodzeniem produktu,
urazem lub śmiercią.
Produkt jest przeznaczony dla użytkowników, których ciężar nie przekracza 100 kg. W tej masie musi
zawierać się ciężar ciała użytkownika, ubrań, obuwia, wyposażenia, narzędzi itd. Produkt należy łączyć w
system z elementami o takim samym lub większym dopuszczalnym ciężarze. Należy mieć świadomość,
że różne elementy systemu mogą mieć różny ciężar dopuszczalny. Przed rozpoczęciem pracy należy się

Produkt należy poddawać okresowym badaniom. Podczas ustalania częstotliwości badań należy wziąć
pod uwagę ustawodawstwo, typ sprzętu, częstotliwość użytkowania oraz warunki otoczenia w jakich pro-
dukt był użytkowany. Podczas użytkowania produktu należy przynajmniej raz na 12 miesięcy wycofać
produkt z użytku i dokonać jego oceny pod kątem przydatności do dalszego użytkowania. Oceny powi-
nien dokonać wyłącznie osoba kompetentna w zakresie tych badań, zgodnie z procedurami producenta
dotyczącymi badań okresowych. Ocena powinna także dotyczyć sprawdzania czytelności oznakowania
produktu. Wyniki oceny powinny zostać odnotowane w dokumentacji produktu.
Ostrzeżenie! Produkt należy poddawać regularnym badaniom okresowym. Bezpieczeństwo użytkownika
zależy od ciągłej sprawności oraz trwałości produktu.
Produkt jest przeznaczony do użytku maksymalnie przez 5 lat od daty pierwszego użycia. Po tym okre-
sie produkt należy wycofać z użytku i poddać ocenie pod kątem dalszego użytkowania. Oceny powinien
dokonać producent lub jego autoryzowany przedstawiciel. Wyniki oceny powinny zostać odnotowane w
dokumentacji produktu.
Ostrzeżenie! Produkt należy każdorazowo wycofać z użytkowania jeżeli brał udział w powstrzymywaniu spadania.
Ostrzeżenie! Zasadnicze dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa jest zalecenie natychmiastowego wycofania
produktu z użytkowania, gdy istnieje jakakolwiek wątpliwość dotycząca jego stanu warunkującego bez-
pieczne użytkowanie lub sprzęt został wcześniej użyty do powstrzymywania spadania. Przed ponownym
użyciem produktu należy potwierdzić na piśmie u osoby kompetentnej możliwość użytkowania produktu.
Punkt kotwiczenia lub urządzenie kotwiczące należy dobrać tak, aby zapewniał stabilną konstrukcję i po-
łożenie ograniczające możliwość upadku, a także ograniczające odległość swobodnego spadania. Punkt
kotwiczenia musi być umieszczony powyżej punktu powstrzymywania spadania szelek. Konstrukcja punk-
tu nie może pozwalać na samoczynne rozłączenie systemu bezpieczeństwa. Punkt kotwiczenia powinien
spełniać wymogi stawiane przez normę EN 795 o wytrzymałości statycznej co najmniej 22 kN. Punkt
kotwiczenia nie może być zamocowany do zbyt małych, niestabilnych lub luźnych konstrukcji.
Ostrzeżenie! Sprawą zasadniczą dla bezpieczeństwa jest zalecenie aby urządzenie kotwiczące lub punkt
kotwiczący były zawsze odpowiednio usytuowane, a praca wykonywana w sposób minimalizujący zarówno
możliwość spadania, jak i drogę potencjalnego spadania.
Położenie punktu kotwiczenia powinno zapewniać bezpieczeństwo podczas spadania. Przestrzeń pod

kontakt z krawędziami o które mogło by nastąpić ich przetarcie, przecięcie, przepalenie lub stopienie.
Amortyzator nie powinien się skręcać lub plątać w trakcie kołysania.
Ostrzeżenie! Sprawą zasadniczą dla bezpieczeństwa jest ocena wymaganej wolnej przestrzeni poniżej
użytkownika w miejscu pracy przed każdym użytkowaniem, aby w przypadku spadania nie wystąpiło zde-
rzenie z podłożem bądź innymi przeszkodami na drodze spadania (IV).
Podczas użytkowania systemu bezpieczeństwa następujące zagrożenia mogą wpłynąć na zachowanie
produktu, np.: ekstremalne temperatury, substancje chemiczne, przewodność elektryczna, cięcie ścieranie,
wystawianie na działanie czynników klimatycznych, ruch wahadłowy, przeciąganie lub wykonywanie pętli z
linki bezpieczeństwa bądź liny poziomej na ostrych krawędziach. Należy przestrzegać środków ostrożno-
ści, które zapobiegną wystąpieniu niebezpieczeństw.
Produkt należy łączyć z innymi elementami systemu bezpieczeństwa za pomocą łączników umieszczo-
nych na końcach amortyzatora. Łącznik zamocowany do amortyzatora należy połączyć z punktem kotwi-
czenia, a łącznik zamocowany do linki bezpieczeństwa z szelkami bezpieczeństwa. Amortyzatory można
podłączać tylko do szelek bezpieczeństwa, które mają klamry oznaczone wielką literą „A".
Produkt należy transportować w szczelnych opakowaniach zapewniających ochronę przed wilgocią oraz
bezpośrednim działaniem promieniowania UV. Można do tego celu użyć, opakowań jednostkowych, w

Ostrzeżenie! Zasadniczą sprawą z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa użytkownika przy odsprzedaży pro-
duktu poza kraj przeznaczenia jest, aby osoba odsprzedająca dostarczyła instrukcje użytkowania, konser-
wacji, badań okresowych i napraw w języku kraju, w którym produkt będzie użytkowany.
Konserwacja i przechowywanie produktu
Produkt należy konserwować po każdym użyciu. Zabrudzenia należy czyścić za pomocą wilgotnej szmatki.
Produktu nie należy zanurzać w wodzie, wilgoć która dostanie się pod osłonę amortyzatora z tworzywa
sztucznego nie będzie mogła odparować. Produktu nie należy prać, czyścić chemicznie oraz czyścić w
innych płynach niż woda. Wilgotny produkt należy suszyć w zawieszeniu. Miejsce suszenia powinno być
przewiewne i umiejscowione z dala od bezpośredniego wpływu źródeł ciepła. Należy unikać bezpośrednie-
go oświetlania promieniami UV podczas suszenia.
Produkt przechowywać w szczelnych opakowaniach, chroniących przed dostępem wilgoci oraz innych
szkodliwych czynników (takich, jak w przypadku użytkowania). W przypadku przechowywania produktu
należy zadbać, aby linka bezpieczeństwa nie uległy załamaniu, splątaniu lub skręceniu.
Naprawy produktu

produktu należy skontaktować się z producentem lub upoważnionym przez niego przedstawicielem.

Zaczepianie produktu
Do podłączenia produktu należy użyć łączników z blokadą (karabińczyków). Należy otworzyć i przytrzymać
zapadkę łącznika, zaczepić go o klamrę. Zwolnić nacisk na zapadkę, która powinna spowodować samo-

czynne zamknięcie łącznika. Zabezpieczyć zamknięty łącznik za pomocą pierścienia (II). Upewnić się, że
nie ma możliwości otwarcia łącznika. Produkt należy zaczepiać na stanowisku pracy. W pierwszej kolejno-
ści należy zaczepić łącznik (amortyzatora) o punkt kotwiczenia, a następnie łącznik (linki bezpieczeństwa)

o klamrę w szelkach bezpieczeństwa. Jeżeli klamra w szelkach jest umieszczona na plecach zaczepienia
i zabezpieczenia łącznika należy dokonać przy pomocy drugiej osoby. Zabronione jest poruszanie się z

produktem zaczepionym do szelek bezpieczeństwa. Wolny koniec amortyzatora może zaczepić o inny
przedmiot i być przyczyną urazów lub śmierci.

The safety shock absorber is made of a suitably stapled polyester tape. When stopping the fall, especially
designed seams are gradually being ripped in order to slow down the speed of falling. The shock absorber
has been permanently coupled with the safety cable. The product is topped off with two steel connectors
(clip hooks).
The product is an element of the fall stopping system combining the safety harness with the anchor point.
Warning! The product should only be used by a trained person and properly qualifi ed in terms of its safe use.

Warning! Before you start using the product, read this user manual. Keep this user manual and transfer it
with the product each time. Before you start using the product, you should undergo a training in product use
and the hazards of typical and emergency use of the product. Using the product contrary to the instructions
in this manual may lead to injury, disability or death.
The product cannot be used by children, pregnant women and people with neck, back or spine injuries. The
product is intended for use in temperature range of: -40
to chemicals or used in a harsh environment. Take particular care when using the product in proximity of:
moving parts of machinery, presence of an electric shock hazard, sharp edges or abrasive surfaces. Do not
let the product come into contact with sparks, hot particles, fl ame or other sources of heat. Product contact
with the aforementioned may result in product damage, body injury or death.
The product is intended for users weighing not more than 100 kg. The weight must include the user's body
weight, clothes, footwear, equipment, tools, etc. The product should be combined in a system with compo-
nents of the same or greater permissible weight. One should be aware that diff erent system components
may have diff erent permissible weight. Before you start working, make sure that each safety system com-
ponent is compatible with the product. Safety harness should meet the requirements of EN 361, lap belts:
EN 358, shock absorbers: EN 355, connectors (clip hooks): EN 362.
Length of the product before unfolding is 1.8 m, including the length of connectors, safety cable and shock
absorber. The product has been designed to protect against falling in case the height of a free fall does not
exceed 4 m. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer.
Warning! Before you start working, there should be a plan of rescue measures for emergency cases that
may occur during the work.
Warning! It is forbidden to make any changes and additions to the product without prior written consent
of the manufacturer. Any repairs of product should be carried out only in a manner consistent with the
manufacturer's procedures.
Warning! The product should not be used contrary to the agreed conditions of use or for any purpose other
than those intended.
Warning! The product is intended for use with other products ensuring user safety, e.g. safety harness.
Safety of the entire set is dependant or interdependent upon safe operation of each part of the kit.
The product should be used as personal equipment, wherever applicable. The product should not be used
to undersling or hoist people. The product may not be used as a safety measure when climbing.
Before you start using the product, check thoroughly the product. Any defects found, such as broken
or ripped seams, abraded, cracked, permanently broken, melted or otherwise damaged product belts,
disqualify the product from use. Check thoroughly the condition of connector. Any deformations, cracks,
inability to lock or absence of automatic closure of the connector or traces of corrosion disqualify the use of
the product. If the product has been stored improperly, e.g. is not dry, and any resultant damage is found,
for example mildew, do not use the product.
The product should be periodically tested. When determining the check intervals, consideration should
be given to legislation, type of equipment, frequency of use and environmental conditions under which
the product has been used. When using the product, it should be withdrawn from use at least once every
12 months and evaluated for its suitability for further use. The evaluation should only be carried out by a
person competent in the fi eld of these tests, in accordance with the manufacturer's procedures for periodic
inspections. The evaluation should also include checking the readability of product designation. The eval-
uation results should be recorded in the product documentation.
Warning! The product should be subjected to regular periodic testing. User's safety depends on continuous
effi ciency and durability of the product.
The product is intended for use for a maximum of 5 years from the date of its fi rst use. After this period, the
product should be decommissioned and evaluated for further use. The evaluation should be made by the
manufacturer or its authorized representative. The evaluation results should be recorded in the product
documentation.
Warning! The product should be withdrawn each time from use whenever it contributed in stopping the fall.
Warning! To ensure safety it is essential to instruct the product immediate withdrawal from use, whenever
there is any doubt about its condition of safe use or the equipment has been previously used to stop falling.
Before using the product again, it is required that the competent persons acknowledges in writing the
possibility of further use of the product.
The anchor point or anchor device shall be chosen so as to ensure a stable structure and position limit-
ing the possibility of fall, as well as limiting the distance of free falling. The anchor point must be placed
above the point where the harness may start falling. The design of anchor point cannot allow automatic
separation of safety system. The anchor point should meet the requirements set by the EN 795 standard
on static strength of at least 22 kN. The anchor point cannot be fi xed to unstable or loose structures that
are too small..
Warning! It is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point were always properly positioned,
and work done in a way that minimizes both the possibility of falling and the path of potential falling.
The location of anchor point should ensure safety while falling. Space under the place of work should be
free from any obstacles with which the user of safety system may come into contact while falling. After
stopping the fall, the user may swing. The anchor point should be chosen so that the user does not come
into contact with any object while swinging. The anchor point during normal work should not cause any
defl ection of safety shock absorber by more than 30
after the fall (III). While swinging, the safety shock absorber and the harness should not be exposed to
contact with the edges, which could result in their abrading, cutting, burnout or melting. The shock absorber
should not twist or tangle while swinging.
Warning! It is essential for safety to assess the free space required underneath the user in the workplace
before each use, to prevent in the event of falling, the collision with ground or other obstacles along the
path of falling (VIII).
When using the safety system, following hazards may aff ect the behaviour of the product, e.g. extreme
temperatures, chemical substances, electrical conductivity, abrasion, cutting, exposure to climatic factors,
swinging motion, safety cable or horizontal rope dragging or looping on sharp edges. It is required to ob-
serve precautions that prevent hazards.
The product should be combined with other elements of safety system by means of connectors placed at
the end of shock absorber. The connector fi xed to shock absorber should be fastened with the anchor point,
and the connector fi xed to safety cable with the safety harness. Shock absorbers may be fastened only with
safety harness which have buckles marked with capital letter ":A".
The product should be transported in sealed packages that provides protection against moisture and direct
UV radiation. It is possible to use for this purpose, unit packages in which the product was delivered, as well
as sealed packages made of metal or plastics. If the product has got wet during the work, before putting it
in a package, it should be thoroughly dried. During transport, the product should be protected against the
same external factors as in the case of using the product.
Warning! It is essential for the user's safety when reselling the product outside the country of destination
that the reseller provided the user with maintenance, periodic inspections and repairs manual in the lan-
guage of country in which the product will be used.
Product maintenance and storage
The product should be maintained after each use. Dirt should be cleaned using damp cloth. The product
must not be submersed in water, moisture that gets under the cover of a shock absorber made of plastics
will not be able to evaporate. The product should not be washed, chemically cleaned and cleaned in other
liquids than water. The damp product should be dried as stretched. The place of drying should be airy and
located away from the direct infl uence of heat sources. Avoid direct UV lighting during drying.
The product should be stored in sealed packages, protecting against moisture and other adverse factors
(such as in the case of use). When storing the product, make sure that the safety cable does not collapse,
entangle or twist.
Product repairs
No part of the product is allowed to be repaired by the user. In the event of damage to the product, please
contact the manufacturer or his authorised representative.
Product designation

Hooking the product
Use connectors with a lock (clip hooks) to couple the product.
Open and hold the connector latch, hook it to the buckle. Release the pressure on the latch, which should

Der Falldämpfer ist aus Polyesterbandelementen zusammengenäht. Bei der Absturzverhinderung werden
speziell entwickelte Nähte nach und nach gelöst und reduzieren die Absturzgeschwindigkeit. Der Falldämpfer
ist mit dem Sicherheitsseil dauerhaft verbunden. Er weist zwei Stahlkarabiner auf und stellt ein Element des
Absturzrückhaltesystems dar, das das Sicherheitsgurtsystem mit dem Anschlagpunkt verbindet.

Das Produkt ist für Anwender mit dem Gesamtgewicht bis zu 100 kg bestimmt. Dieser Wert beinhaltet das
Körpergewicht des Anwenders, das Gewicht der Kleidung, des Schuhwerkes, der Werkzeuge und Geräte
usw. Das Produkt kann einen Systemteil mit den Elementen mit zulässiger gleicher oder höherer Tragfä-
