Zubehör Einleitung Der ColorLine 100 ist ein leicht zu bedienender Color Analyser mit moderner Technik zur Ermittlung der korrekten Filterung für Vergröße- rungen von Color Negativen im Heimlabor. Das Gerät ist batteriebetrieben und kann mit nur einer Kalibrierung unterschiedliche Filmty- pen verarbeiten.

    Kalibrierung Ehe Sie den ColorLine 100 kalibrieren können, müssen Sie eine gute Vergrößerung (Testbild) nach Ihrer üblichen Methode herstellen, das Format nicht größer als 8 x 10". Wählen Sie hierzu ein Landschafts-Motiv ohne dominante Farben. Wenn diese Vergrößerung vorliegt, darf die Filterung am Vergrößerer nicht verstellt wer- den und das Negativ muß...
  • Seite 7 • Schalten Sie den Vergrößerer und den ColorLine 100 ein. • Die Objektivblende ganz öffnen. • Legen Sie den ColorLine 100 in die Bild- mitte auf das Grundbrett. • Die Feineinstellknöpfe sollen in mittlerer Position stehen. • Schwenken Sie die Streuscheibe unter das Objektiv.

    Schalten Sie den Vergrößerer aus, schwenken Sie die Streuscheibe aus dem Lichtstrahl, stellen Sie Ihren gewünschten Blendenwert ein und nehmen Sie die Papierbelichtung vor. • Die erforderliche Belichtungszeit können Sie z.B. mit dem JOBO Comparator oder mit dem JOBO Comtime messen.
  • Seite 9 Die Belichtungszeit sollte im Bereich von 2 - 20 sec. liegen, um Farbabweichungen durch zu lange Belichtungszeiten zu ver- meiden (Slope). Die Feineinstellknöpfe Manchmal können Bilder mit großen von einer Farbe beherrschten Flächen (Dominante) einen Farbstich zeigen. So kann z.B. ein Bild mit einer großen grünen Grasfläche einen Magentafarbstich aufweisen und ein dominie- render blauer Himmel einen Gelbfarbstich.
  • Seite 10 Ähnlich gehen Sie auch vor, wenn vorüberge- hend ein anderes Papier verwendet wird. Die individuellen Einstellungen können auf der weißen Knopfumrandung mit Bleistift markiert werden. Für die normale Arbeit mit der Grund- kalibrierung werden die beiden Feineinstell- knöpfe dann wieder in ihre Mittenposition zurückgestellt.

  • Seite 20: Fine Adjustment Controls

    Fine Adjustment Controls Sometimes, prints with large areas of a single colour can show a dominant colour cast. A scene with large areas of grass may show a magenta cast, for example, and dominant skies can show a yellow cast. The ColorLine 100 is fit- ted with two fine adjustment controls that allow these casts to be corrected temporarily without altering the instrument's basic calibration.

    This is the same as subtracting the comple- mentary or opposite colour. The ColorLine100 has a ColorStar printed on the front panel to help - notice that blue is opposite to yellow, magenta is opposite to green and cyan is oppo- site to red.
