Setting the transmission mode

The BiSens Agido-3V decides whether it is operated uni-
directionally or bidirectionally when the batteries are inserted
and it first connects to the receiver. If none of the keys are
pressed when inserting the batteries, the mode will be auto-
matically determined. If an incorrect mode is active, the sensor
must be erased (please see "Sensor reset" section).
Alternatively, the operating mode can be selected by inserting
the batteries and pressing a key:
Selecting bidirectional mode
(Default for awnings operated using a BiEasy handheld
transmitter)
• Insert the first battery.
• Hold down the UP key and insert the second battery.
The control LED lights up once to confirm the mode.
Selecting unidirectional mode
(Compatibility mode for systems operated using a Remoto
handheld transmitter)
• Insert the first battery.
• Hold down the DOWN key and insert the second battery.
The control LED lights up once to confirm the mode.
Set mode by receiver
(Note! The receiver must have been connected to the power
supply within the last 5 minutes in order to be able to adjust the
settings!) The BiSens Agido-3V communicates with the receiver
and sets the mode accordingly.
• Press the P key for 3 seconds. The control LED lights up once
to confirm the mode.

Programming the receiver

• Select the channel on which the awning can be operated
from a transmitter that has already been programmed to the
receiver.
• Starting the programming mode
Press the Programming key P on the programmed handheld
transmitter (back of unit)
at the same time (3 seconds). In the case of bidirectional
connection, the status indicator lights up briefly. The recipient
is now ready to program.
When the awning extends and retracts, continue with
point . If the awning does NOT extend and retract,
continue with point
Carrying out the BiSens Agido-3V programming mode!
• Press the Programming key P until the orange control LED
flashes quickly. The awning will now move UP and DOWN
for 2 minutes.

If the system is in programming mode, the orange
transmitter LED will flash quickly every time the key
is pressed.
Programming the guideways
• Press the UP key straight after it starts
extending/retracting ! – The status
display will flash briefly. The awning will
stop, then start again, stop and then start
to move DOWN.
• Press the DOWN key straight after it
starts extending/retracting ! – The status
display will flash briefly. The awning stops.
The transmitter has been programmed.
If the receiver does not confirm the command,
simply repeat this step on one of the next cycles.
