molzener Kleber ausgegeben wird.
10. Geben Sie den Transporthebel frei, um den
Klebefluss zu beenden.
11. Setzen Sie das Gerät nach Beendigung des
Klebevorgangs wieder in die Ladestation.Das
Gerät darf niemals auf die Seite gelegt werden
während es ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist!
12. Trennen Sie die Heißklebepistole nach Been-
den der Arbeit wieder vom Stromnetz.
Hinweise:
• Versuchen Sie niemals, angebrochene Klebes-
tifte aus dem Gerät herauszuziehen. Ein ange-
brochener Klebestift kann im Gerät verbleiben.
• Üben Sie das Auftragen des Klebstoffes stets an
Restmaterial, bis Sie Sicherheit im Umgang mit
der Heißklebepistole gewonnen haben.
• Wie bei allen Klebstoffe n ist die Klebeleistung
von den Witterungsverhältnissen im Arbeits-
bereich abhängig. Da die jeweiliegen Anwen-
dungsbedingungen entscheidend sind, dienen
die hier genannten Angaben lediglich zur
Orientierung.
• Sorgen Sie dafür, dass die zu verklebenden
Überflächen trocken und frei von Staub, Fett
und anderen Schmutzpartikeln sind.
• Geben Sie den Klebstoff nur auf eine der Ober-
flächen und fügen Sie beide Flächen dann sofort
aneinander. Drücken Sie die Teile anschließend
20- 30 Sekunden aneinander.
• Tragen Sie den Klebstoff beim Verkleben unter-
schiedlicher Materialien auf den Werkstoff mit
der geringsten Saugfahigkeit auf.
• Beim Verkleben kalter Materialien Iässt sich
eine bessere Klebeleistung erzielen, wenn
die Flächen vor dem Auftragen des Klebstoffs
angewärmt werden.
• Beim Verkleben Von Textilien und ähnlichen
Materialien empfiehlt es sich, den Klebstoff in
Schlangenlinien aufzubringen.
Lagerung
• Stellen Sie sicher, dass aIIe Geräteteile vor der
Lagerung vollständig abgekühlt sind. Wickeln
Sie das Netzkabel niemals um ein Gerät, das
noch nicht vollstandig abgekühlt ist.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät sicher an einem
trockenen Ort außerhalb der Reichweite von
Kindern auf.

Do not use solvent based-cleaners or detergents
for example Bleach those can damage the

Glue Gun Safety
WARNING: Always use safety goggles and work
in a well-ventilated area when using this device.
WARNING: Do not touch the Nozzle (12) or the
molten adhesive. Both will be extremely HOT
during, and for some time, after use.
WARNING: Noxious and irritating fumes may
bereleased from heating glue stick. Molten
material may cause burns.

IMPORTANT: Glue sticks that are oval in shape or
state 'cool melt' are not compatible with this glue
gun. Such glue sticks melt at alower temperature
of 90-110°C and this will prevent the operator
from controlling the flow of glue correctly. This
may also lead to a safety hazard with glue leaking
from the body of the gun and damaging internal
parts which is not covered by the guarantee.
• Only use glue sticks of the correct 11.2mm
diameter.
• Do not connect to power without a glue stick
inserted.
• Always disconnect from power when un-
attended.
• The hot metal nozzle must never come into
contact directly with flammable materials such
as paper, cardboard, plastic, wood etc.
• Before using, examine the device for signs
of damage (power cable, housing, etc.). The
device must not be used if it is damaged in any
way.
• Do not leave the device unattended.
• This device is not intended for use by persons
(adults and children) with physical, sensory or
mental impairments or lacking experience and/
or knowledge of use unless they are supervised
by a person responsible for their safety or have
received instructions from that person on how
to use the applicator.
• Children should be supervised to make sure
they do not play with the device.
• Do not use liquid or pasty adhesives!
• The glue temperature can reach high tem-
perature! You could burn yourself! If glue
splashes onto the skin, hold the affected area
immediately under a jet of cold water for several
minutes! Do not try to remove glue from your
skin. If necessary, seek medical attention.
