Use :
This device is only made for vertical applications.
Space clearance :
Minimum 2.95m under the user's feet (beware of the swing factor and of the length of the webbing once unrolled).

Periodic examination :
At the time of the examination, the device must be opened and subjected to a complete inspection by the manu-
facturer or a qualified person. Refer to the handbook of revision or, if necessary, refer to the serial number inside the
housing.
Please note: There is a particular exception for the ref 1031140 for which a visual, tactile and functional inspection
only is required if the fall indicator is not deployed.
Lifespan:
The webbing must be replaced every 5 years.
