Warranty - SXT-Scooters Board X2 Gebrauchsanleitung

Thank you for choosing our SXT Board GT.
Please observe the following regulations in order to take full advantage of the device. Please
note that there is no warranty if one of the following conditions is met:
1. when the warranty period has expired.
2. if the SXT Board X2 fails due to misuse, lack of maintenance or change of settings in
violation of the instructions for use.
3. if the SXT Board X2 is damaged due to improper use, storage or accident.
4. if the SXT Board X2 is damaged because it has been tampered with, or if the fault can no
longer be found because the owner has already disassembled the SXT Board X2 to change
its original fault condition.
5. if the SXT Board X2 is defective because the owner is using a different charger.
6. if you do not have an invoice and the information you reported does not match the
information held in our system.
7. if the SXT Board X2 is damaged after contact with water, extreme temperatures,
chemicals, etc.
8. if the SXT Board X2 electrical system has been damaged by water, moisture, snow, etc.
9. if the SXT Board X2 has been damaged by force majeure, including, but not limited to,
flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, etc.
10. consumables are not covered by warranty. Examples are listed below, but are not
limited to: brakes, wheels, rubber and plastic parts, etc.
Parts such as tyres are not covered by the warranty.
Damage caused by misuse, accident or driving in water is also not covered by the warranty.
Contact the dealer before shipping the board to obtain a return authorization.
Return Shipping:
Please ship in the original packaging. The warranty does not cover damage to the shipment if
the packaging is inadequate.
