WARNING:
The headset contains magnets or components that emit radio waves, which could affect
the operation of nearby electronics, including cardiac pacemakers, hearing aids and
defibrillators. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted medical device, do not use the
headset without first consulting your doctor or the manufacturer of your medical device.
Maintain a safe distance between the headset and your medical devices, and stop using
the headset if you observe a persistent interference with your medical device.
WARNING:
To reduce risk of electric shock:
• Do not modify or open any of the components provided.
• Do not use the product if any cable is damaged or any wires are exposed.
• Only use the power supply cord provided with the Meta 2 device. The headset is not
intended for use with any other power supply cord.
• Only use a desktop or laptop computer as an external power source if it meets the
hardware specifications provided with your Meta 2 device.
• Only plug the power supply cord into an appropriate outlet which is properly installed
and grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances.
• Never use the Meta 2 device near water and do not expose it to rain or moisture. Keep
the device dry.
WARNING:
Areas with potentially explosive atmospheres are often, but not always, posted and
usually include fueling areas (such as below decks on boats), fuel or chemical transfer
or storage facilities, or areas where the air contains chemicals or particles (such as grain
dust, or metal powders). Before entering such an area, unplug the Meta 2 device, and do
not remove or install the AC adapter/power cord, or any other accessory. In such areas,
sparks can occur and cause an explosion or fire.
