Nutzer von Auffangsystemen (Sicherheitslagerhäuser) ist verpflichtet den Betrieb der Auffangsysteme entsprechend den nationalen Regeln und Vorschriften durchzuführen bzw. zu gestalten. - Seite 6 2.1.3 Kontrolle Die Aufstellung der Auffangsysteme hat so zu erfolgen, dass eine Kontrolle möglich ist. Die LaCont GmbH empfiehlt eine eingehende jährliche Kontrolle der Auffangsysteme. Zusätzlich sind die Auffangsysteme nach Zwischenfällen, wie z.B. Leckagen und/oder Anfahren eines Auffangsystems eingehend zu kontrollieren.
- Seite 7 3.3. Lagerkapazität / Behältergrößen Die maximale Lagerkapazität eines Auffangsystems bemisst sich am Auffangvolumen. Das Auffangvolumen muss mindestens 10% des Gesamtlagervolumens oder mindestens das Volumen des größten über dem Auffangsystem gelagerten Behälters betragen (gültig für Deutschland). Es sind die jeweils nationalen Vorschriften zu erfüllen. Achtung! In Wasserschutzgebieten oder aufgrund behördlicher Anordnungen können höhere Auffangvolumina (bis 100% des Lagervolumens) gefordert werden.
- Seite 8 3.7.3 Be- und Abfüllvorgänge Bei der Be- und Abfüllung von entzündbaren Flüssigkeiten sind die entsprechenden Behälter einem Potenzialausgleich zu versehen. Eingelagerte Behälter dürfen nur zum Füllen bzw. Entleeren geöffnet werden und sind ansonsten fest verschlossen zu halten. Die Behältnisse und deren Abfüllöffnungen dürfen nicht über den Auffangwannenrand hinausragen.

- Seite 12 3.3. Storage capacity / Container sizes The maximum storage capacity of a collection system is given by the collection volume. The collection volume must be at least 10% of the total storage volume or at least the volume of the largest container stored above the collection system (applies in Germany). The appropriate national regulations must be observed.

- Seite 16 Les systèmes de rétention doivent être installés de façon à permettre un contrôle. La société LaCont GmbH recommande un contrôle annuel exhaustif des systèmes de rétention. Après des incidents comme par exemple des fuites de liquide et/ou un choc les systèmes de rétention doivent être examinés exhaustivement.

3.7.3 Opérations de transvasement Dans les cas de transvasement de liquides inflammables il est nécessaire d‘équiper les récipients correspondants d‘un câble de terre ou d‘un kit anti-statique. - Seite 26 2.1.3 Controllo I sistemi di raccolta vanno installati in modo tale da poterne controllare. La LaCont GmbH raccomanda di eseguire una minuziosa ispezione annuale ai sistemi di raccolta. È inoltre raccomandabile verificare che in seguito ad incidenti i suddetti sistemi non presentino perdite o altri tipi di danni.

Il volume di raccolta deve corrispondere ad almeno il 10% del volume complessivo da immagazzinare o corrispondere almeno al volume del contenitore più grande immagazzinato sul sistema di assorbimento (normativa valida della Germania).

- Seite 31 2.1.3 Controle De opstelling van de opvangsystemen moet zodanig gebeuren, dat een controle mogelijk is. De LaCont GmbH beveelt een grondige jaarlijkse controle aan voor de opvangsystemen. Bovendien moeten de opvangsystemen na voorvallen, zoals bijv. lekkages en/of aanrijden van een opvangsysteem, grondig worden gecontroleerd.
- Seite 32 3.3. Opslagcapaciteit / Reservoirafmetingen De maximale opslagcapaciteit van een opvangsysteem is afhankelijk van het opvangvolume. Het opvangvolume moet minimum 10% van het totale opslagvolume of minimum het volume van het grootste, boven het opvangsysteem geplaatste, reservoir bedragen (geldig voor Duitsland). De nationale voorschriften dienen telkens te worden vervuld.

Opgeslagen vaten mogen alleen om te vullen of af te tappen worden geopend en moeten anders goed gesloten blijven. De reservoirs en de aftapopeningen mogen niet boven de rand van het opvangbad uitsteken.
