No claims will be entertained for damage or defects resulting from improper
use, external influences, natural wear and tear or transportation. Expendable
parts (batteries inc. rechargeable batteries, connecting cords of all kinds) are
excluded from the guarantee.
This guarantee, together with all product liability claims, will become void if the
product is tampered with, or if it is used in a manner which does not conform
with its intended purpose, or in the event of failure to observe official
requirements governing its use, or if any of the identifying marks applied to the
product by the manufacturer or his authorized agent, including the type
description, import certification, serial number, official marks, etc., are
removed or altered.
Any claims arising under this guarantee must be lodged with the seller. Claims
will be entertained only if the initial purchaser submits proof of purchase
together with the product which is the subject of the claim. If the purchase
date is more than one year after the manufacturing date of the product, the
guarantee period will be restricted to the minimum required by law.
The owner is responsible for shipment to and from the place of fulfillment of
the guarantee.
